Fireside by Blue Beaver Luxury Cabins

Fireside is a luxury cabin that features 5 king bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Fireside is located in Kaniatobe Trails Southwest less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to Broken Bow Lake and walking distance to Girls Gone Wine, Abendigos, Beavers Bend Brewery, Grateful Head Pizza and the Blue Rooster. The roads in Kaniatobe Trails are paved,making access to Fireside easy for any type vehicle.

Fireside is a spacious 3,000 square foot family friendly vacation lodge sleeping a total of 14 guests. Sleeping arrangements include:

Downstairs is a King Master with private bath, double vanities, soaking tub and a walk-in tile shower.
There are also 2 King bedrooms which share a hallway bath with tub and shower combination.
Upstairs are 2 more king bedrooms. One is another master with private bath, double vanities and soaking tub with tile surround. The other king bedroom shares its bath with the loft game room and is complete with a soaking tub with tile surround. Just off the shared bath is a small bunk room with 2 twin beds suitable for children (not pictured).

The cabin also has a futon and an air bed for additional sleeping accommodations.

Guests at Fireside will find a living room area with comfy sofas facing an ultra convenient gas fireplace (seasonal) and large flat screen television.

Adjacent to the living room, is a large, open kitchen featuring beautifully finished cabinetry, gorgeous granite countertops and a large island. The kitchen also features full size appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, electric range and dishwasher. You will find all the cookware needed to prepare a meal for family and friends, plus enough dishes, flatware and glasses to serve your meals.

Indoor entertainment includes an upstairs loft area with pool table and poker table.

Off the dining room area, step out onto the back covered deck. Here you will find plenty of outdoor seating, a large picnic table, a gas stone fireplace, gas grill and a large outdoor hot tub. The back deck even features an outdoor bar with stools. Traveling down the deck stairs towards the wooded area, our guests will enjoy a fire pit surrounded by chairs and rustic stump stools which sets the perfect environment for a cookout or just night-time relaxing with friends.

Children will love the playground area and the adults can enjoy a competitive game of horseshoes, corn hole or ladderball!

Maximum Occupancy: 16 (adults, children 2+) Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund. Overcrowding of cabin is not allowed.

Free WI-FI/Cable/Satellite included in all cabin rentals. Although WI-FI is provided it is not guaranteed. BBLC is not responsible for speed or reliability.

S’mores and stories around the fire pit are a must! Notify us at least 24 hours prior to arrival and we will have the ingredients for s’mores and firewood delivered and ready for your stay. Refunds cannot be given for unused firewood. See concierge for more information.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish washing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, iron/ironing board, towels, and linens.

Charcoal is not provided. Propane is provided for gas grills.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Gas Fireplaces are seasonal October-May.
