This 78 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a block of apartments, is very tastefully and modernly equipped and has bright, spacious rooms. Located directly in the beautiful old town in Kappeln offers the perfect starting point for a comfortable holiday on the Schlei. It is just 100 meters away, and the nearest shops in the city center are just a few minutes' walk away.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, a large dining table, and a bright, open kitchen. Here are all the technical equipment available that you need on vacation.

For the evening entertainment is not only a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray and DVD player, but also stereo systems available. Leisurely sleepers will find the holiday guests in two bedrooms; one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Note: From 1. Bedroom with single beds you can directly to the 2. Bedroom with double bed access (connecting door) - but it is also each bedroom separately accessible, the first on the bathroom and the second on the hallway.

Wer eine Unterkunft im Herzen von Kappeln sucht mit eigenem Parkplatz in zentralster Lage ist hier genau richtig. Wohnung ist schön möbliert und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Als Familie mit 2 Kindern oder 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind ideal.

Perfekte Lage in der zentralen Stadt

Vor fünf Jahren waren wir schon einmal dort. Es hat sich dahingehend nichts verändert. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Schade fanden wir nur, dass die Instandhaltung etwas vernachlässigt wurde, obwohl es ein sehr schönes Objekt ist.

Für uns schlechte Wahl!!!

Die FeWo liegt zwar sehr zentral, aber der Zustand der Whg. entspricht keinesfalls einer 4*Whg. Es roch sehr muffig, was wohl auf Feuchtigkeit zurückzuführen ist. In der Küche gab es einen total verkohlten Toaster und eine Bratpfanne, die vor lauter eingebranntem Fett nicht mehr gerade auf der Kochplatte stehen konnte. Eine Schublade die mit Tesafilm zusammen geklebt war sowie das Spülbecken was sicherlich schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden war. Das Bad war sehr unhygienisch, die Duschtüren und Wasserhahn am Waschbecken hatten unschöne schwarze Flecken und Ränder. Habe Bilder gemacht, die ich eigentlich den Besitzern schicken wollte.

Alles richtig gemacht :-) Supertolle Wohnung. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Absolut zentral, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Tolle angelegte Terasse. Die Hausverwalterin, Frau Thomsen ist sehr zuverlässig und supernett. Wir waren einfach rundum zufrieden und würden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Tolle Fewo in sehr zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage

Sehr schöne und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Fewo in der Fußgängerzone von Kappeln. Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude, Terrasse mit Gartenmöbel vorhanden.

Wunderschöne und gemütliche Wohnung!

Beim Eintreten in das Haus und in die Wohnung, fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Verwalterin führt einen sehr nett und genau ein. Sollte es an etwas fehlen, kann man jederzeit die Verwalterin kontaktieren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frische Blumen und Getränke runden die Sache sofort ab. Liebevoll ist alles arrangiert. Die Küche ist sehr funktionell und gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafräume sind grosszügig und ebenfalls sehr gut möbliert und bieten viel Staumöglichkeit. Der Standort ist perfekt, wenn man wie wir Angeln möchte, aber auch gerne Leben um sich hat und im netten Kappeln shoppen und flanieren möchte. Es ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Zu Fuss ist alles, wie der Bäcker und diverse Lokalitäten zu erreichen. Von Kappeln aus hat man eine günstige Lage,um die nächstgelegenen Orte wie Eckernförde, Schleswig, Maasholm, Arnis, Schönhagen am Meer usw. zu erkunden. Wir sind nun schon zum zweiten mal da und werden sicherlich auch nächstes Jahr wiederkommen, da unsere Familie sich rundum wohl fühlt in der Stadt Kappeln und in der Wohnung . Wir würden diese Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
