Creekside Cottage is located just a few blocks from Downtown Waynesville’s Main Street, and less than 1 mile to grocery stores and restaurants. This is the perfect home base for exploring all that Waynesville and the surrounding area has to offer; you are a quick 10 minute drive to Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska, and around 35 minutes to downtown Asheville & Cherokee.
The property has a peaceful creek along one side and an expansive yard that includes a fenced pet area, gas grill, dining table and firepit area. The 650sf cottage offers one bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress, a full size sleeper sofa, and stocked kitchen offering all the conveniences of home. The two screened porches provide additional living space and are the perfect areas to relax and enjoy the breeze with your pet. Creekside Cottage is a short drive off the highway via paved city roads and offers a covered area for your car. Children and dogs are welcome.
