This newly renovated, modern 4-bedroom luxury villa is beautifully furnished and offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Located just a 5-minute walk from the Pacific Ocean, the villa is situated in the exclusive, gated community of Pedregal, with 24-hour security for your peace of mind.

The villa features large patios on both floors, with a private balcony off one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and the home is furnished with stylish, comfortable pieces throughout. From both levels, enjoy breathtaking ocean views.

Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or take advantage of the two pools on the property. The front pool features an optional heating system. (additional fees applies) The pool at the back of the villa is ideal for water games like volleyball and water polo, or simply to do laps. Keep an eye on the ocean from the deck—you may even spot whales breaching. At sunset, enjoy watching cruise ships pass by while you listen to the soothing sounds of birds singing throughout the day.

For your peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a top-tier water filtration system, making both the ice from the fridge and tap water completely safe to drink.

Our attentive property manager will be on hand to ensure your stay is seamless. Upon arrival, enjoy refreshing drinks, chips, and salsa while you settle in. He’s just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you’ll need in the kitchen, including a variety of spices, tea, coffee, and sugar. For added convenience, a free maid service is provided on the 4th day for rentals of 7 days or more. Additional maid services can be arranged for a fee.
