Nestled at the foot of the cycle paths, this house invites you to explore the magnificent landscapes of our resort.
In just a few minutes, you can reach our superb fine sandy beaches. Its privileged location also offers you easy access to a multitude of activities and entertainment: tennis courts, pétanque courts, arenas, paddle, jet-ski, Maillouheyre trail, not to mention a selection of restaurants, bars and must-see places in the resort. Something to delight all members of the family!
Inside, the house combines comfort and practicality. It has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, washing machine, etc.). You will also enjoy a bright living room with flat-screen TV and WIFI. The house has three spacious bedrooms, with 2 140 cm beds and 2 100 cm beds, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Outside, a large enclosed garden of 860 m² will allow you to relax in peace, while the children can play in complete safety. Ideal for moments of conviviality with family or friends!
Finally, to fully enjoy the mild summer evenings, a barbecue is at your disposal.
Come and drop off your suitcases and enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay at Mimizan Plage, between nature, relaxation and leisure.
