Good location for town, well appointed apartment and friendly and helpful local help. No WiFi which you might think is included from the listing.

Heureusement que la personne chargée de l accueil m a appelée la veille et m a indiqué que linge de lit, serviettes torchons n etaient pas fournis ce n etait pas indiqué dans l annonce.Les volets exterieurs du sejour ne fermaient pas.Il n y a plus d arbre dans le jardin...donc aucune plante, c est triste..et bruyant...Quand on consulte le livre d accueil...on y lit que les animaux ne doivent pas être laissés seul dans le logement...ce n est pas précisé dans l annonce. Pourquoi dire animaux acceptes, si on ne peut pas les laisser, le temps d une sortie, de courses, de baignade..Le vrai point positif de ce logement est sa situation, près de la plage du Platin et près du centre ville.

Séjour à Saint Palais magnifique ! La ville est très jolie avec beaucoup de commerçants, de café et de restaurants, sans compter un marché quotidien. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et réactifs. A la moindre sollicitation de notre part ils répondent dans les 5 minutes qui suivent. L'appartement loué est d'une propreté impeccable ( Merci Chantal ). Justement Chantal est la personne qui reçoit les locataires et qui s'occupe du ménage si toutefois vous optez pour l'option ménage. Chantal nous a reçu avec un large sourire et un amabilité peu commune; elle nous gratifiés de bons conseils pour visiter la région.L'appartement très bien aménagé et plaisant à vivre, il est décoré avec goût. L'ameublement est confortable et suffisamment équipé. La vaisselle est bien fournie, il ne manque rien. L'électroménager est complet. Une belle terrasse équipée en meubles de jardin permet de partager ses repas en famille à l'abri d'un store déroulant.Ce logement n'est pas loin du centre ville (600 m environ).

Très bon accueil de Chantal , très à l'écoute des hotes , appartement propre et fonctionnel, et bien placé à 5mn de la plage et 10mn du centre ville à pieds nous y reviendrons avec plaisir....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4jours. Beaucoup a voir dans les environs.les grottes de Régulus.le phares de cordouan,l'île d'Aix.le zoo de la Palmyre. Nous remercions beaucoup Chantal Bouchet pour son accueil.
