Spacious 4br 2bath ranch with large private back yard. 2 living room areas, large eat in kitchen/breakfast bar seating, formal dining room, and bonus room. Home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac. House is fully furnished and has everything to make your stay comfortable. Located near many restaurants and shopping. After a day of exploring, come back to hang out on the deck or grill out.

Great place to stay for AirVenture!

A group of us flew up for EAA AirVenture and stayed here. We really enjoyed our stay - it was super convenient, had plenty of room for our group, and was in a great neighborhood. The house is just a couple blocks north of the Hilton gate where you can catch a shuttle to the main EAA grounds, EAA museum, etc. And the house had everything we needed - nice kitchen, plenty of towels, washer & drier, back porch to watch the storms, it was great!

Our property is extremely close to the EAA grounds and has many perks for the aircraft enthusiasts. You can watch the air shows right from the front yard if so desired. We offer bicycles/bike locks for those looking for car free transportation, if that is to go to EAA or the nearby shopping and restaurants. Our property also comes furnished with many children activities such as, bikes, scooters, basketball hoop, trampoline, swings, and more!
