Terrace of 50 m², landscaped grounds of 600 m² closed and secured by gate (digicode). Garage. On the heights of Binic, in a small residential cul-de-sac, the Villa du Château Croc is a privileged address for staying on the Côte de Goélo: beautiful volumes, bright rooms, designer furniture, excellent bedding, refined decoration, ...all the criteria are met for an exceptional holiday...The terrace facing south, well sheltered and not overlooked will be conducive to moments of relaxation and conviviality...You will feel so good there that you even hesitate to go out...and yet, you will quickly reach the beach of La Banche, 1.2 km away, with its playground, its bowling greens extending to the marina. A coffee break or a refreshment will be appreciated in one of the many cafes/restaurants lining the quays and leading to the beach of the outer port, from where you can also access the GR34.
