The Space:
Beautiful mahogany French doors connect the stunning veranda to the open concept, fully AC, great room consisting of a well-appointed kitchen with counter seating, charming dining area and a comfortable living room for indoor entertaining.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor and is tastefully decorated with a unique island stone outdoor garden shower, soaring cypress ceiling, custom mahogany wardrobes and mahogany French doors that open up to the veranda and the ocean views.

Steps from the pool deck you enter the lower level with two identical, thoughtfully appointed, private entry bedrooms with en-suite baths, AC, and lovely ocean views from the large sliders out to a covered deck perfect to enjoy morning coffee or a good book.

Guest Access:
The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the ferry or at the villa for check in. Specific arrangements will be made depending on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island.

The Neighborhood:
This beautifully landscaped, lush island home is only minutes to Cruz Bay shopping, restaurants and beach bars and a short drive to the white sands of the famous North Shore beaches. Mango Tree provides beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, and soft side coolers to enhance your day at the beach. And, don’t forget to ask about the Villas new rental Jeep!

Getting Around:
We always suggest renting a 4x4 vehicle while on St. John. Please reach out to BookVI to inquire about villa vehicle availability or request assistance with vehicle rental.

Other Things to Note:
All guests of Beneath the Mango Tree will be provided Concierge Services. This property is professionally managed by BookVI. This property is adults only. No kids under the age of 16 are permitted. This property is a no smoking property and no pets are allowed. In addition, the owners do not allow events at this property. If you need an event space while you are here on St John, Please contact us and we can help go over options.

Interaction with Guests:
Beneath the Mango Tree is managed by BookVI, an island concierge service that is readily available to help with guests needs, whether it be dinner reservations, boat charters, or various gear for trips to the beach. There is also a property management service on-call for any maintenance needs.
