Welcome to Villalina: you'll feel right at home here! This Villa is the perfect place to share good times!

This pretty Villa is located in the commune of Pereybere: a privileged and quiet location far from the hustle and bustle of Grand Baie but close to everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Ideally located in a secure residence, this 160 m2 villa offers 2 levels:
GROUND FLOOR:
🍽️ : Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in this large, modern, fully equipped kitchen. You'll find everything you need: fridge, induction hob, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, various dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, kitchen utensils and much more.
And for your breakfasts, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a Nespresso are at your disposal.

🛋️ : Lounge/TV area: relax in this living area, which is furnished with a lounge area featuring a sofa (ceiling fan) and a Smart TV (Netflix, Disney +, Prime Video,...).

👙🌴: all open onto the completely private outdoor relaxation area: swimming pool (3m wide, 6m long and 1.30m deep) and sun loungers, outdoor dining area, charcoal barbecue and all set in a tropical garden. Imagine waking up early in the morning and drinking your coffee with the birds singing in the background! What a delight!

👕 Laundry: so you can travel light and make the most of your stay, a washing machine, drying rack and ironing facilities are provided.

UPSTAIRS:
🛏️ 3 comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms: Enjoy a good night's sleep on high-quality mattresses (bamboo fibre) and Egyptian cotton sheets. One has a king-size bed (180x200) and the other 2 queen-size beds (160x200).

🚿: Modern, stylish shower rooms: the master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share a communal bathroom.
A separate toilet is also at your disposal.

- A 20-minute drive from the long, magnificent beach of Mont Choisy, where a variety of water sports activities and numerous little ‘cahutes’ to eat await you, and a little further afield, Trou aux Biches.

- Approx. 10 minutes by car to Grand Baie, with its Sunset Boulevard and all amenities (Super U, shops, shopping, bars, a variety of restaurants, pharmacy, currency exchange offices, bowling, discotheques, a variety of water sports, Ti-Bazard, souvenir shops, petrol station, etc.).

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
Jessica and Patrick, our Concierge, will be present on your arrival to welcome you and hand over the keys to the Villa (as well as on the day of your departure).
They can be contacted during your stay.

OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE
* Car hire is recommended or even necessary.
* Bed linen, towels and pool towels provided - Excluding beach towels.
* The swimming pool is maintained twice a week.
* The garden is maintained once a week.
* Cleaning is carried out every 7 nights or so (cleaning + change of towels and sheets). It starts at 9am.
* Cleaning on departure is included in the price. Please leave the accommodation tidy and in a satisfactory state of cleanliness (dishes done, bins taken out, etc.).
* Villa not equipped or secured for children: they are your sole responsibility.
* Smoking only outside.
* We can help you book transfers and/or car hire.
* If you arrive on an early morning flight or leave on a late flight, we recommend that you book an extra night for your comfort as we cannot guarantee to welcome you outside check-in and check-out times.
INTERNAL RULES
To ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, please read the house rules before booking:
1/ Obligation to occupy the premises personally and to live in them responsibly, as a ‘bon-père de famille’.
2/ No extra people or pets.
3/ The accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
4/ Any breakage, loss or damage must be reported to us immediately and must be replaced at your expense before your departure.
5/ Welcome products: on arrival, you will be given a few welcome products to get your stay off to a good start. It is then up to you to buy what you need: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, bin liners, etc.
6/ Pests: because of the tropical climate, some pests (insects and others) may be present.
7/ Personal belongings: once you have the keys, it is your responsibility to ensure that all openings (windows, bay windows and front door) are locked when you leave the accommodation. The Owner cannot be held responsible in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or theft during your stay.
8/ Communal swimming pool & private : no alarm or barrier. You will be solely responsible in the event of personal injury or negligence or lack of supervision on your part.
9/ You may not object to a visit to the premises if we ask you to do so.
10/ On arrival, we will check the person's identity (passport) to ensure that it is the same person who made the booking.
11/ In the event of early termination of the stay by the Tenant, no refund will be made.
12/ TOURIST TAX : As of 1 October 2025, the Mauritian government has introduced a tourist tax of €3 per person per night.
******* This tax is separate from the deposit and will be collected at check-in. It MUST be paid in EUROS and in CASH. Please have the exact amount ready.*******

Tax applicable to all travellers aged 12 and over.
Exceptions - Copy to be provided:
- children under 12 years of age
- residents of Mauritius
- Mauritians living abroad and holding a valid Mauritian passport
- holders of a valid premium visa
- holders of a valid residence permit.
