Lou Gaston - Castillon LA Bataille

You will be staying in our grandparents' house, hence the name "Gaston." It has been completely renovated by us. It is located about fifty meters from our house, facing the main road towards the center of Castillon La Bataille, on our enclosed property with an entrance through a large gate. You have private parking next to the cottage. You are less than 400 meters from all amenities, a 10-minute walk from the bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, pharmacy, medical center, and supermarkets, and 900 meters from the train station. A small, beautifully landscaped garden and a lovely gravel area have two sets of garden furniture and a barbecue. An inflatable paddling pool for young children is available. You will enjoy a very bright, glass-walled living room with two sitting areas. The kitchen is separate and includes a well-appointed dining area. On the ground floor, you have a separate toilet, a shower room, and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed. You have access to a sleeping area with a 90x190 cm bed (for one person with their own sleeping arrangements, an additional €35 per stay). There is a shower room with a shower screen and a separate toilet. Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is included. The cottage is non-smoking. It has reversible air conditioning (heat pump). For your leisure, you will find a DVD player, a ping-pong table, a shell-shaped sandpit for toddlers, and pétanque balls. Everything for babies is provided: a cot, a high chair, a stroller, a changing table, a potty, and a toilet seat reducer. Castillon-la-Bataille, historically known for its Hundred Years' War, offers a 1.5-hour show every year from July to August, 6 km from the cottage.
