You’ll have the entire house to yourself. Four spacious bedrooms and three cozy bathrooms. Everything has been comfortably furnished with you in mind.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

FAMILY VACATION

Overall everything was nice. Outside could use some lawn care and cut the bushes back. Over all we always enjoy our stay and a great location.

Family time

This was our second time. Back porch has several soft spots and was a concern. Need some basic cleaning detergent. Also the yard and landscaping needs trimming it hangs over drive and scratches cars over all enjoy location and plan on coming back

Fireplace

The house was nice and in a good location. It could use some updating on furniture, pots and pans. My one complaint is... when we arrived it was 45 degrees in the house, so to heat up faster we wanted to light fireplace but it didn't work. I contacted the property management and they said it didn't work. We were disappointed bc the listing says fireplace. It took the house several hours to warm up.
