Villa Alyvos is a stunning 4 bedroom Mallorcan house located in the Vall de Coloyna, a sought-after Pollensa valley. The villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery and its own Mediterranean gardens, making it a true rural idyll in Mallorca. It is all on one level and is perfect for multi-generational gatherings, making it ideal for a family vacation.

Alyvos has four spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with an ensuite bathroom and shower. It also has its own office room that includes a cot, making it ideal for families with small children/babies. Two double bedrooms and one twin room share two adjacent bathrooms with a shower/bath. The living spaces have high quality country finishes, with whitewashed walls that highlight original arches and stonework.

Outside, there is a clear blue private swimming pool that is very close to the house, making it easy to watch children from the covered terrace while the rest of the family relaxes and unwinds. The garden is perfect for families with children, as it has a playground area with swings and a slide. There’s also a playhouse outside, hammocks that stretch between huge palms, a stone-built BBQ next to the pool… all this is perfect for al fresco meals.

The villa is located just 2km away from the historic Pollensa Old Town, which has a bustling market spread out amongst narrow, cobbled lanes. The nearest beaches of Puerto Pollensa are also just a short distance away and have azure blue waters and sandy coasts that make for an unforgettable backdrop for a family day out.

Villa Alyvos is the perfect holiday villa for families who want to experience a true rural idyll in Mallorca while still being close to local amenities and the beach. The villa is spacious, beautifully finished, and has plenty of amenities that will keep both children and adults entertained.

- A car is required to fully enjoy the property and the area.

- This is a traditional property and as with many in Mallorca, the drain and electric systems are not as advanced as the UK or US for example. If you overload the system, the electrics will cut out which will also affect the water which is pumped from a well. Should this happen, please contact us.

- The WiFi is not Fibre optic and from a mast on the mountain. Therefore during inclement weather especially low cloud, the signal can be affected (rare in July and Aug)

Beautiful traditional Mallorca house - ideal for families - we loved it!!

Villa Alyvos is a traditional Mallorcan house occupying a quiet spot in a highly regarded and popular part of this beautiful island. Pollenca town and the beach are a short drive away, with the airport no further than 40 minutes South. We arrived in search of a restful weekend away from London and were extremely pleased with our choice. Booking a family trip to an unknown property is always a little daunting but with meticulous attention to detail throughout, a fab kitchen with high quality appliances and lovely bathrooms, our stay was a home away from home. For me bed linen, towels etc. are all a consideration when renting a villa for a family trip and Villa Alyvos did not disappoint. Whilst we travelled to Villa Alyvos during the spring months, the house would be equally appealing in the winter with the large fire and cosy interior. The pool area with adjacent seating was ideal for keeping a close eye on the children from the cover of the terrace, we also made great use of the "summer kitchen"! We had a fab time here and look forward to returning later in the year!

Stunning and in a great location ! close to both Pollenca town and the beach

We have just returned from a week’s break at Villa Alyvos with all our family and were absolutely delighted with our choice. It was immaculately clean and well equipped and I'm struggling to find any negative. My husband and I and our children found the villa to be very comfortable, stylish, tranquil and we enjoyed the well maintained garden, that is when the sun came out !. If it looks and feels this good in the winter then it must be stunning in the summer ! We loved it and intend to return.

Phantastische Finca zum Erholen

Wir haben in diesem Haus mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Teenager 8 Tage lang einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Die Fotos vermitteln einen realistischen Eindruck. Insbesondere die Veranda hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da sie mit hochwertigen, bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet ist. Der Pool ist recht groß und tief und sehr sauber. Es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, wobei wir keine Auflagen gefunden haben, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat. Einer der 3 Sonnenschirme müsste erneuert werden, da das Herunterklappen (abends und bei Wind) nicht mehr funktioniert hat. Die praktische Aussenküche haben wir einmal zum Grillen benutzt, jedoch mussten wir zunächst den Grillrost sauber machen. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr gepflegt, zu umstehenden Häusern war somit viel Platz. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Hier möchte ich insbesondere die sehr guten Matratzen loben: alle haben bestens geschlafen! Auch die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Brötchen für das Frühstück holten wir beim 10 Minuten entfernten Lidl in Pollenca. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Betreuung durch die Agentur Morgan & Morgan, der E-Mail Kontakt mit Sophie Muuse klappte einwandfrei, alle Informationen habe ich umfassend und zügig erhalten. Es war auch kein Problem, den Mietpreis, welcher auf FeWo-direkt in Pfund angegeben wird, in Euro zu überweisen. Insgesamt können wir die Villa Alyvos für einen erholsamen Urlaub wärmstens empfehlen.

Comfortable family villa

We had a very good stay in this well equipped villa. The only problem were with the ants (which we had been warned about) but no food was ever taken into the bedrooms and the end bedroom had them everywhere, even falling on the bed so the couple had to move into the twin bedded room!! Not a good experience! The service from the caretaker when the lights failed on our arrival was very efficient and helpful. Pool and garden were very well kept.
