Can Guillo is a traditional Mallorquin Finca /Villa in a peaceful location settled in a little Lloraget in Pollensa with private Pool and breathtaking mountainview for up to 10 persons.
Finca Can Guillo is located very close to Pollensa Golf, 500m, and only a short drive of 5 minutes to the beautiful town of Pollensa with its famous Restaurants, Bars and Sunday market which is a Must be. The beautiful sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Cala San Vicente are within easy reach of a 10 minutes drive.
The house has a living area of 480 sqm with 6 doubebedrooms all with air-condition and 4,5 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have bathroom ensuite.
4 of the bedrooms have doublebeds,1 has two single beds.
2 cots and highchairs are available without extra costs.
1 bedroom has a huge private terrace with spectacular mounainview , another bedroom has a little balcony.
The house do have 2 living rooms with chimney and one dining room with a huge table.
The country kitchen is fully equipped and has also a chimney and exit to a terrace where you have the barbecue area. Gasgrill, woodgrill and wood stove.
The House has WIFI and some international channels.
The outside area around the house has several terraces with different seating possibilities for all hours of the day. The huge front terrace has spectacular views to the mountain Puig de Maria.
The outside pool has a size of 10 per 6 meters with a generous area around to enjoy sun or shade on the sun loungers.
The outside area has the size of 50000sqm with olive, almond and fig trees, offering also a Ping Pong table and basketball net.
The Finca Can Guillo is settled in a Llogaret, an old mallorquín small village with several houses but no stores. The house is ideal for Families of all ages, groups of friends, cyclists and hikers.

Finca Can Guillo exceeded our expectations - charm, comfort, the living spaces…the vistas were exquisite. Claudia provided everything we needed for our stay - promptly answering any queries. We enjoyed the quiet of the setting, the mountains while also the proximity to Pollensa for shopping and dining out. We ate in most nights - BBQ and pool time. Just lovely for our family of 9 with two young children included.

12 of us have had a really marvellous week at this fabulous property. Granny & Grandpa, 3 children and their spouses, and 4 grandchildren all had a first rate time. The owners, Claudia & Tomas, are super, and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended!!

Summer holiday 2023

The villa was absolutely lovely, very spacious and clean. We were a family of 6 and plenty of space for us all! The villa was a short drive to the supermarket, Pollensa for restaurants and lots of beautiful beaches. Claudia made the whole process very easy and was amazing at making local recommendations - she helped make the holiday for us! A lovely villa and holiday, highly recommended.

A perfect dream!

Fantastic property - my kids said they felt like we were staying in a castle. But with modern amenities! The pool and view were highlights, and communication with owner/checkin was easy and efficient. Location was ideal, very close to main road (but far enough to be blissfully quiet), Pollensa and all beaches were a quick 5-10 min drive, Alcudia 15-20. I would highly recommend! Thanks again for a lovely stay :-)

Perfect getaway weekend!

Claudia was super nice and met us when we arrived to go over everything. The house itself was perfect and even better than the photos. The only thing is it was hard to get taxis and not super close to places, but if you plan on going to the supermarket and staying at the house the whole time, which is what we did, it is perfect. Thank you!

We stayed at Finca Con Guillo for a week and had a wonderful time. We were a family of nine, eight grown ups and one child. The house is spacious and charming with lovely outdoor vistas, stunning views and a swimming pool. Claudia, our lovely host, was charming and very helpful. We recently had a family trip to Majorca and had such a great time staying at this spacious beautiful Villa It was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 3 children it felt like a real home and the views were just amazing the photos don’t do it justice. The children loved the pool and it was only 10mins drive to some beautiful beaches and the restaurants in Pollensa The owner was always very helpful and replied straight away to any queries we had. We would love to return again soon!!

Wonderful villa; perfect location

We were a group of 10 mature adults and this villa was perfect for us. Host Claudia was very responsive and helpful and made us feel welcome. The villa is spacious with plenty of seating areas. We loved the character and decoration of the villa - very attractive. There is lots to see and do in the area and the villa is conveniently close to grocery stores. Nice to be close to the lovely town of Pollensa. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and cooking over a fire several times in the outdoor kitchen area. Most of all we enjoyed the beautiful countryside setting, the sound of the birds and the sheep bells...and the view across the valley to the mountains. It was a opportunity to step outside of time for a few days and just be - lovely.

Sfeervolle villa met prachtig uitzicht

De villa is prachtig gelegen en zeer sfeervol ingericht. De kamers zijn ruim en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien . Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door de gastheer en gastvrouw. Het uitzicht is ongelofelijk mooi en de locatie is perfect dicht bij Pollensa en de haven. Wij hebben enorm genoten met ons gezin.

We nearly gave the accuracy of online listing a lower rating as the profile cannot do this house justice. Claudia is so helpful and responsive. The pool is beautiful. The villa provides lots of space to be together and have some quiet time. The facilities are superb, the air con a must and the situation is brilliant close to restaurants, shops and beaches. For those people who love the sound of silence when you go to bed, spectacular views and beautiful night skies this finca is a must.

Amazing stay in villa with fantastic location!

We were a family of 12, 6 adults and 6 children. Children ranged from 15 to 3 years old. We loved this villa. It’s a 5 min drive into pollenca and easy drive to Puerto Pollenca. It’s got so much space for large groups with an abundance of terraces and eating spaces. The views are absolutely lovely looking towards the mountains. The house is so beautiful with an abundance of everything you could wish for. It has a lovely welcoming feeling with beautiful antiques and exposed stone walls.. We are cyclists and we always get bikes on holiday and there are some lovely pathways a few mins from house across the road down side of golf course. We would fully recommend this villa and agree with another review that the photos don’t do it justice!

Amazing house!

We had such a great time in Claudia’s house. The house is very spacious and with a lot of nice details giving it a fantastic and unique character. Spending the afternoons at the pool with the view over the mountains felt truly amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also an outside kitchen that we enjoyed a lot. Nearby is the village of Pollenca which is also very cute and that has a great food market every Sunday morning.

Fantastic family holiday

We had an amazing holiday. The property was beautiful, very stylish, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Claudia, the host was very helpful and answered any questions or queries promptly. The location was beautiful and very peaceful but surprisingly close to Pollenca , Puerto Pollensa and other beaches. My family enjoy cooking and so the bbqs and outdoor ovens were a big hit. The pool area was lovely and the pool was a good size and depth for swimming. Majorca is a lovely island with something for everyone. We will definitely be back.

Perfect villa for our family celebration

We’ve stayed in a few villas in Mallorca over the years and this is the best … BY FAR! Really well appointed with aircon in every bedroom, great bathrooms, and a fantastic kitchen. Outside, the main eating area is beautiful and the bbq is perfect. Then there’s the pool and “that view”. They say you can’t buy a view like that - well you can if you rent this villa!! This was a celebration of getting the family together after the last few years. It was Perfect.

Fab stay

We stayed at Claudia’s villa during half term of May / June 22 with our family (2 adults + 3 kids) and another family (also 2 adults and 3 kids). The house is charming. It is rustic - and perfect for what we were looking for with many different outdoor locations for catching some shade or some sun. The pool area is great and has the best views. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a big plus. It has a lovely location, with 2 immediately neighbouring properties, situated close to Pollenca Golf Course - so it’s very easy to get around to the various bays, ports and beaches situated around Pollenca, Alcudia and Formentor. Highly recommended and we felt good value for the size, space, and location. Although we didn’t get to meet Claudia as we were out for the day when she popped over, her communications via phone and WhatsApp were great. We even had some welcome drinks left for us by Claudia on arrival which was great!

Best kept secret in Mallorca!

Claudia’s house is the best kept secret in Mallorca! The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. It is beautiful (and huge) and staying here during our week long vacation in Mallorca was so peaceful and serene. What I wouldn’t do to be back on the terrace having a sangria with cheese, olives and Jamón ibérico. We had such a relaxing stay. Our group of 9 all agreed that the house was perfectly located, only a short drive to everything we needed (grocery store; gas station; beaches!) but was far enough removed from the hustle and bustle of being in the middle of busier areas where it truly felt like a getaway. We used Claudia’s private pool often which was a huge hit, especially with the the kids. The house is wonderfully appointed with all of the comforts of home and Claudia and her husband are the perfect hosts. When I messaged Claudia with a few questions I always received a response within minutes! She is SO attentive and she even had her husband come by right away to help us with locating something we’d inquired about in the house. They are both so pleasant and kind and our experience staying at Claudia’s absolutely fabulous home could not have been better. As mentioned previously the house is huge and although we traveled with a group of 9 (5 adults, including grandpa and 4 kids ages 8 and under) we had plenty of room to both gather all together, and stretch out in our own corners (or wings of the house I should say!) when we needed refuge. We truly could not have asked for a better first trip to Mallorca. We were extremely comfortable staying at here and I would stay at Claudia’s again (not if, but when!) in a heartbeat the next time we visit Mallorca. I definitely left a piece of my heart on the island!❤️ Thank you again Claudia for helping to make our trip such a pleasant experience... We will definitely be back!
