A wonderfully comfortable home from home

This was a return visit to the property and it did not disappoint ..It accommodated my family so well and we felt no need to stray far. The tinies were very happy playing in the pool, and the biggies enjoyed being able to unwind in the very comfortable surroundings - and the heat - which was such a joy before returning to the chill of the north of Scotland. Any minor items were attended to immediately, and the attention of Morgan and Morgan and David, the property manager cannot be faulted. The property is superbly equipped, down to a teapot, which to me is important, and quite difficult to find in Pollensa! We're home and set up for the winter, feeling rested and reinvigorated.

Lovely villa

Just returned and had a lovely holiday here. The villa has beautiful huge grounds with fabulous outdoor furniture. Inside is lovely too apart from kitchen which is rather small and needs updating. Casita good apart from sofa bed rather uncomfortable and no aircon in bedroom. Also broken furniture on the large terrace in main house which needs replacing. Could do with sky tv as only freeview Chanel’s. But overall would recommend this villa. Thank you to Kristan who has been very helpful.

Perfecto, Incredible, Super

We stayed at Casa Bennassar for one week in fall 2018. 'We' mean 3 families with 2 children each. As a party of 12, Can Bennassar was a perfect place. Enough space to enjoy the time together. Our children loved the pool area, where we used the opportunity to have a covered barbeque place next to it. The Casa, Casita and pool are on a huge property, which seems important when travelling with children. We arrived at Can Bennassar on a Sunday night, when it was dark. Morgan & Morgan sent driving directions before and yes, we needed it and it helped a lot. The place wasn’t easy to find in the night. It was helpful to have a flashlight to get access to the keys in the dark. Next morning in daylight, we were surprised by the huge and well-maintained property. Everything was perfect. Never had so many refrigerators during my vacations. So we had the luxury, to designate one fridge for beverages and wine only 😉 At the first morning a guy from Morgan & Morgan stopped by, to ask if everything is ok. This shows the very good level of maintenance by Morgan & Morgan. Thank you so much. The property is located outside Pollenca, which is a pretty nice town perfectly located for day trips. It was my first stay in Mallorca and I cannot tell about other places, but from our property everything seems to be less then 30 minutes away. Beaches, sightseeing places, mountains and so on. We really enjoyed our stay and the extended summer. We can only recommend casa Can Bennassar to families with children. It’s perfect and the right reward for yourself during vacation. Beautiful, spacious property

The property had beautiful views, was spacious and very well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable and airy and the bathrooms were modern and in good order. The garden was large, attractive and well maintained. Nice pool plus pool room full of pool toys. Two large shady areas. Some good features in the house, e.g. air conditioning and fitted grills over windows and doors to keep out insects etc. The property was clean and the location was good - not too far from Pollenca but felt very rural. The service provided by the manager was good e.g. an outside light bulb went while we stayed and was replaced the same day. The only downsides were that there were a lot of ants inside and out and also some stray cats which made a mess of the outside furniture.
