The Property Bed Configuration sleeps 2 & renters have THE OPTION of adding an additional 2 people to sleep on the Sofa Bed for an additional $20.00 additional per night, per person(plus tax)
All guests need to provide us with written request that they would like the Sleeper Sofa Arranged, and how many people total to be added separately as an additional cost.

Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a gorgeous Well Stocked Kitchen with a Stainless Appliances: Stove, Oven, Fridge/Freezer/Microwave. Dishes, Pots/Pans, & Cookware all Fully stocked.
There's a dining table available for indoor meals, (2 chairs not shown in closet available)

A beautiful element of this unit is the open concept between the Living Area/Bedroom. High End Doors Slide closing off the bedroom from Living Room for Privacy or can be opened fully to allow a more expansive space.

The Lanai is Incredible views & breezes from this very private area.

The Bedroom Features a Comfortable King Sized Bed.

The Bathroom all fully remodeled as well, has a Tub/Shower Combination.

High Speed Wifi Internet Access & Cable TV for your entertainment available to you!

There is no Washer/Dryer inside the unit, but this amenity is available at the Development, on the 1st Floor for Coin Operated Laundry Use.

Kailua Village is a very secure building with keys required to access the elevators. You will also have an assigned parking space. There is a pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxation time. You can walk to many restaurants, shops & the Ocean!

I was a little concerned that there was no AC but with the ocean breeze and ceiling fans there was absolutely no need for it. Loved the view on the balcony and a short walk to lots of restaurants. Very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Amazing location to downtown and beach! Hot without AC, but doable with fans and breeze. Clean property and responsive host. Giving a 5 star on the app, but probably would say 4.6 for uncomfortable couch and bed, but we would recommend and we will stay again!
