We offer for rent our family home located in a small village in the middle of the vineyards. <br>Shops are within walking distance: bakery, supermarkets, bar-tabac, pharmacy, micro-brewery, wine estates, restaurant.<br><br>20 minutes from Nîmes and Montpellier.<br>20 minutes from the beaches (La Grande-Motte and Le Grau du Roi).<br><br>House of 110m2 on one level which consists of an independent kitchen opening onto a living room with a dining area and a lounge area, <br>a separate toilet,<br>a bathroom with walk-in shower,<br>Bedroom 1 with garden access: 1 double bed.<br>Bedroom 2: 1 double bed<br>Bedroom 3: 1 single bed on the mezzanine<br>Bedroom 4: 1 single bed + 1 BZ bed (one person)<br>Possibility of providing a travel cot with mattress<br><br>A laundry room is attached to the house and is equipped with a washing machine.<br><br>Bedding for each bed is provided (pillow, sheet and duvet).<br>Towels are available.<br><br>An in-ground swimming pool of 3.5 m by 6 m completes the accommodation. You will be asked to maintain the cleanliness of the water using an automatic robot (the explanations of how it works will be given to you when you arrive)<br><br>The house is inhabited by our cat who remains quite solitary and who will not disturb your stay in any way.
