Considering the steps, which we knew we would have and the cleanliness, primarily of the back Bar and hot tub area it was a nice place but a little over priced in our opinion.

This is the perfect stay for a few couples. Between the hot tub, pool table, bar and the open space downstairs. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Perfect walking distance from Broadway as well.
