Completely renovated from an old agricultural garage, with an area of 100 m2, it has an outdoor courtyard overlooking an old chapel.
It consists of 3 levels, living room/kitchen + toilet on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor with a bathroom + toilet and finally a large master bedroom with its private bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor.
The entire apartment is air-conditioned.
You will have a privatized exterior with benches to enjoy spending good times together.
Free parking in the courtyard for 1 vehicle possible.
