This home is located in North Shores Rehoboth Beach and features a screened-in porch separated from the main house and a roof-top patio where families can enjoy the warm weather and added living space. Very modern and tastefully decorated, this property is an attractive rental close to the beach but away from the crowds. One of the few properties available that provides pool access right in the community and is perfect for your vacation getaway! Reserve today!

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once you have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE.
