Our penthouse condo called "Paradise View" has some of the best views on the Gulf of Mexico! It is in the newest building in Gulf Shores, called Phoenix Gulf Shores!

You will fall in love how in the professional decor, unique and upscale furnishings!

If you're tired of the ordinary, our condo is extraordinary!

The views from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room are amazing! There are not any condos next to you that take away from your privacy and views! Electric blinds, power sofas and upscale décor, raises the standard in condo vacation rentals! We have the only units in Phoenix Gulf Shores where the TV is mounted on the East side which provides views of the Gulf of Mexico, Gulf Shores and the surrounding areas all while you are sitting in the comfort of the power leather sofa's. You will love how it is professionally decorated with upscaled with unique furnishings!

There are only 2 condos in Phoenix Gulf Shores where the TV is mounted on East side so you will have amazing views from the living room.

The floor to ceiling windows in the living room, dining room, and 3 of the bedrooms provide amazing views. It has 2 king bedrooms and two bedrooms have 2 queen beds each for a total of 6 beds in 4 bedrooms. We also provide an 1 queen size luxury air mattress.

Phoenix Gulf Shores, (the newest condo in Gulf Shores) features 80 Gulf Front Condominiums with 4 high speed elevators. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Phoenix Gulf Shores will be within walking distance to the Hang-out, new Gulf State Park, fine dining, shopping and concert/festival venues.

-Up to 3 parking passes can be purchased from the HOA at $35 for each vehicle for your stay ( for the full stay) and even more in non-peak season

Incredible!

We loved every second of the trip. The breeze and view from the balcony is spectacular. The ease of getting to the sand was greatly appreciated. Also, some great restaurants and activities were really close to us. This is a vacation my family and friends will remember forever!

Absolutely Amazing!

This is by far the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in at the beach! There is so much room and 3 of the 4 rooms have views of the ocean and town! There are 3 full bathrooms! The views from this condo are breathtaking! We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back here! The description of the property is perfect and the host was very responsive. You will love it here!

This condo is just as nice as the pictures indicate. It was clean and comfortable with room to spare. I totally recommend it and will most likely return for another visit.

Girls Trip

Our condo was beautiful. Balcony is great, comfortable furniture. One downside was the kitchen cabinets and microwave top was pretty dirty with dust? This dust build up was on wall and on ceiling above stove. I did contact housekeeping and they offered to come the next day but we are on vacation and didn't want people in our condo (we felt this should have been done before we arrived). Overall it was a beautiful condo, comfortable beds, the view is amazing. The housekeeping lady was absolutely great and apologized for the problem.

The condo is amazing! But the location had issues

The condo is pretty much as pictured. It was the clear shining star of our week long vacation during the week of Marco and Laura Hurricanes (that missed Gulf Shores...) It is huge, clean, well stocked, comfortable... And the view has got to be the best in town. We were there during two possible hurricanes that missed Gulf Shores, but still the current/riptide kept the ocean closed all week save one day, but the beaches were open. The beach front in the pictures didn't exist when we were there. It was already eroded almost to the sea oats dunes, and two days later there was an 8 ft literal cliff of sand to navigate. This issue extends for 100s of yards in each direction now and is not limited to the Phoenix Gulf Shores. They were cutting down the wooden walkway to the beach with chainsaws half of the week. For two days there was no access to the beach other than walking down to the public beach. Also, if the walkway if off limits, there is nowhere other than the pool to wash off sand, so most people were using the pool to do so. The hot tubs were out of commision "for a long time" and two of the 4 elevators were mostly out of order through the week. This wasn't a big deal really as not many people were there this week. Any complaints we had in no was reflect on this unit, though. It was perfect. I guess I would just say, know why you are going to the beach... I chose it because I was taking some older people (70-99) with us and getting to the beach easily was important. If that's important to you, make sure the beach is actually going to be there during your stay. If you like sitting at a pool or just like the view and a very nice condo, you can't go wrong with this place at all. We didn't talk with the owners, because there was no reason to... It felt like we were home immediately. I hope they can repair the beaches soon, because we would surely stay here again if they do.

The view of the beach from the 23rd penthouse floor was magnificent! In addition, the night view of Gulf Shores from the penthouse floor looked like a lighted big city but quiet and beautiful. Our family with grands of different ages, enjoyed the indoor pool for the rainy day as well as the hot tub and outside pool with a slide. Family friendly, secure and parking was awesome too with our family. The condo was totally equipped as stated and AC was wonderful. All 8 adults in our party slept wonderful-no complaints or negatives. Kitchen totally equipped and did not need anything. Plenty of balcony furniture to sit, relax and enjoy the view of the ocean or the night view of Gulf Shores. I miss it already!

Great trip

The balcony and living room views of all areas around the condo are incredible. Unit is very large and matches with all information furnished in advance. The garage parking is a nice bonus, as well as the private beach and walkway areas. We had a great time and highly recommend this condo for a large group.

Corner condo with amazing view!

We stayed for Father’s Day weekend. There was room for everyone and we had a great time. The view was amazing and the accessibility to town was a 2 minute drive.

The place is exactly as advertised. Four seperate bedrooms, two with two beds, and three full bathrooms. Was perfect for our family trip. Balcony was amazing and hearing the waves at night was incredibly relaxing. All the comforts of home were there. Literally overlooks the beach

Amazing Views

The property is exactly as it is described in the listing, but the views are beyond belief. Don’t bother with the helicopter tours because you can see it all from the windows and balcony of this property. You can look out over the state park or watch dolphins and sting rays swim by from the balcony

Family Vacay

Great room for family time. The view from this room is amazing! Loved all the windows. We planned to eat most meals in the room with 4 kids under 8 years old. The stove was not the best and took a while to figure out. The unit really needs a stove upgrade. Other than that this unit had everything we needed to have a wonderful trip! I would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Vacation

Loved this property! Very well appointed! Perfect for our group of 12! Utilized all of the amenities! Indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, grills, etc! It was all perfect Rented 2 sets of chair/umbrellas for our stay- even the gulf was perfect!! Wonderful memories made with our family.
