Pet Friendly Lakefront Villa in the Heart of Osage Beach & 10' x 30' Boat Slip

Lakefront Villa in the heart of Osage Beach situated in the woods overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Villa features 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms 2 ½ bath to sleep 6 or 8 guests maximum. All linens and towels furnished.
Villa features a living-room, dining-room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two decks and a gas grill.
The main floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. Also on the main level is the living-room, dining-room, kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.
In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper.
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils you will need.
The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and ½ bath.
The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and full bath and private outdoor deck.
Villa has two smart televisions and free wireless internet.

LOCATION 17 mm in protected cove. Great for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding. Only 1 mile to groceries and restaurants.

Property Amenities - Outdoor pool with Splash Pad. Fire Pit, Playground and Swim Platform. Great fishing from the docks. Fish cleaning station.
Located next to Marine Max at the 17 mm, and 1 mile to Backwater Jacks and family cove. Less than 1.5 miles to HyVee off Bus. 54 and Osage Beach restaurants and shopping.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, and cooking items. Large gas grill and deck seating.
Sheets and towels are provided and there is a washer and a dryer in the unit.
Note: Base rate is for 6 guests, up to 8 guests max with additional fee.
Refundable damage deposit and cleaning fee apply.
Make use of the keyless entry lock for easy coming and going.

NOTE: For renters bringing a boat Please Read:
First off if your boat is longer then 25ft please do not attempt to launch at the property. For boat larger then 25 ft it is recommended to launch at LOTO State Park Marina - Grand Glaize. It is about a 15 min boat trip back our cove. For boats at or under 25 ft, it is recommend to park your boat at the top of the hill and travel down to get the lay of the land. Do not continue on to the villa with a boat or trailer hooked up. There will not be enough space to turn around. Please reach out to us for more details and suggestions.
Boat Slip is located at the dock to the right of the swim platform slip number D5.
Boat trailer parking in the lot by the boat launch is as follows: Holiday Shores on the left and Eagle Bay on the right. Please attach a zip lock bag to your trailer with a piece of paper inside stating your last name & villa #. Boat trailers can remain in this area however the vehicles must return back to the villa park as soon as possible due to limited space.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Burn grill residue off grill (clean tool provided), close gas tank valve and cover to keep nice for next renter. Make sure the storm door to the back patio is closed and secured.
Take all trash and place it in the dumpster at the top of the hill. Note: the dumpster by the boat launch is for the blue condos.
Set the thermostat to 75 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We understand accidents may happen i.e. broken dishes. Please report any incidents. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Check Out- Please take out all trash to dumpster and place all used linens, towels etc in laundry baskets provided.
Applicant is liable for all replacement/repairs needed to attain the same condition as when occupancy commenced other than normal cleaning/laundry.

The property was pet friendly. We were able to walk our dogs a short way down the road to a parking lot to let them go potty. We were in town for a boat show so we didn't spend much time in the villa but while we were there we found everything that we needed was available. The location was great and close to everything!

Weeklong getaway

We had a great time! The accommodations were wonderful, considering we had two small children and a dog, and some family that visited as well. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was amazing. We loved being so close to the swimming and fishing dock, and the pool and splash pad was well maintained and a hit with the kids! The neighbors were friendly and when they said they were pet friendly, they meant it. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay at the Lake

We loved our time at this little villa on the lake. It was a nice set-up with the layout of the villa and it being an open concept. We took advantage of the boat slip and brought our boat with us...nice quiet cove with easy access to the main channel. It was also close to a lot of restaurants, by boat, which made it even better! We would definitely look to book here again!

Great stay

This house was exactly as shown. It is perfect for a quiet family getaway. Unexpectedly private. We enjoyed our 6 day stay here immensely. House is a close drive to city attractions and necessaties, the pool was a great retreat from the heat, and the swim dock is great for relaxing and fishing.

Great Location-Everything you could ask for!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. It is close to everything while still having a feeling of being away from it all. We loved the swim/fish dock. It was very convenient for a quick swim and we caught lots of different fish. It was great to be able to use the boat slip too. It was a great stay for our family including our dog. We loved it!

Great rental!

We come to Osage Beach a lot and like to try new places. I have a feeling we will be coming back to this property for sure! The hosts were excellent. The WiFi was offline and they helped us get it working quickly being so responsive when we reached out. The view is awesome, location awesome, and the swim dock is so fun! We met some great people just hanging out and swimming in the lake. Loved every minute! Thank you!

Fantastic getaway!

Family friends came with us to stay at this rental and we couldn't have been happier! There were nine of us and we all fit comfortably. Having the two masters made it so easy and the loft upstairs is adorable! The place could not have been cleaner and it was decorated adorably! We were highly impressed with the views and the location within Osage Beach can't be beat. We even talked with our friends about making this a yearly thing and renting this very unit again & again. Communication with the owner was fabulous. This place was a gem!

Family Vacay in a Quiet Cove

As a Christmas gift to our adult children we booked this property for a few day at the end of July 2022. This cozy VRBO home is just PERFECT for a group of 6 adults! The accommodations are fabulous! Clean, spacious, and full of absolutely EVERYTHING you could need. We brought our own food and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to have large family dinners together. Beach towels and blow-up water toys and noodles for smaller people provided (we brought our own). Beds were comfortable as was the furniture. Everything provided for the perfect vacation in a lovely quiet cove off the main channel. ((The water was soooo warm and perfect for swimming!! The dock was absolutely perfect for our family! We brought our own bluetooth speaker for music and had an excellent time playing and relaxing in the water.)) I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO location as a less-than-ten-minute drive to everything you need - Menards, Hy-Vee, Scooters Coffee, Starbucks, Target, Petco, Old Navy, gas stations, and many, many restaurants. I hope to return and rent again in the future. Thank you! Suggestions: Please provide kleenex/tissue boxes for guests as well as extra pillows if possible. Also - please check and clean the dryer duct. ((We loved having the ability to do our own laundry each day.))

Very nice place. Kitchen could use a few more dish towels/cloths. From pictures we thought pool, fire pit, boat slip was closer. Disappointed in pet friendly as no grassy area near house. (Deck looked bigger in pictures ex:(grill in corner, low table with chairs and high table w stools). Husband pointed out his white socks were filthy from floor. And I remember wiping something sticky up but thought we did it. (not sure floor was scrubbed prior to our stay) I do have to say communication with host was great. Questions answered and phone calls returned promptly. Overall, we had a good time, and the accommodations were pretty good. Just being honest and some of it was because we didn't read fine print really good. Thank you!

Relax in this quiet cove!

Our family enjoyed our stay at your lake property. Boat slip was very convenient and the villa was very well supplied. We had 5 adults and we did not feel crowded at all. Owners are quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Thank you!!

Lake vacay

Me and my young boys decided to come to the Ozarks for a mom and son’s trip. We loved our time at the Villa! I got lost on the way in, the owners were so quick to call me and get me back in the right direction! Once we got there we could not have been happier! We spent time at the lake daily and the deck overlooks the lake so we had some great evenings just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Thanks again for a wonderful trip! :)

We met while on Active Duty military. We both left Active Duty and joined the Guard to pursue our College Education. Will currently works for Boeing and Jennifer runs a Not for Profit.

Why they chose this property

It has been a long time dream of ours to own lake front property and we could not have chosen a better location. We were lucky to have found Holiday Shores. This beautiful piece of the lake tucked back in the Poque Hollow Cove in the Lake of the Ozarks is a true gem. For over 29 years these single home villas were lovingly cared for, owned and operated by a couple as a resort. They recently sold to a husband and wife who would preserve the quaintness and nostalgia of the place, while renewing it for another generation of vacationers. Recently all homes have been sold to owners across the country. We are so blessed to be able to share this dream and to allow others to make lifelong memories at the Lake.
