THE MOBILITY LEASE:

Small, very cozy new independent accommodation on one level, not overlooked furnished and equipped which can accommodate ONE PERSON on a mobility lease over the period from 11/11 to 31/03 (the minimum duration required by law is 30 days.​ It is prohibited to renew a mobility lease).

ELIGIBILITY:
-------------------------------
Only certain people are eligible for the mobility lease. When the lease begins, the tenant must be in one of the following situations:​

Professional training
Graduate studies
Apprenticeship contract
Internship
Voluntary commitment as part of civic service
Job transfer
Temporary mission as part of professional activity

After a prior telephone interview and transmission of the necessary supporting documents, a mobility lease contract will be signed between the two parties (no security deposit required but a joint security deposit).

Located in a quiet street in Les Herbiers close to all amenities on foot and just 10 minutes from PUY DU FOU. You have an enclosed and private furnished outdoor space as well as free parking in front of your accommodation. Possibility of wellness services on site.

> All charges included (including hot water, electricity, wifi, household waste).

> Bed and bathroom linen are not provided (valid only for the mobility lease)

> No cleaning fees, however we ask that you please leave the accommodation as clean as you found it.
