The house is located in a quiet area in the green, on the edge of Kanfanar, on the Croatian peninsula Istria.

The house extends over two floors and consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and one of the bathrooms are on the ground floor, the two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the upper floor. The spacious eat-in kitchen is divided into living and dining areas: The living area with large corner couch (can be used as a sofa bed) and flat-screen TV invites you to cozy TV evenings, while the dining area with dining table and kitchenette allows meals together. In the fully equipped kitchenette, you can use a gas stove, oven and dishwasher. In the bedrooms you will find double beds with the dimensions 180x210 cm, in one of the bedrooms there is also a bed chair. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning and WiFi access.

Extensive breakfasts or convivial barbecues are possible on the 25 square meter terrace, which offers a covered area in front of the kitchen and is furnished with a table, chairs and grill. The pool area connects directly to the terrace and promises to cool off in the water and relax on the deckchairs. Privacy is guaranteed: The entire outdoor area is available to guests of the holiday home for exclusive use. There are also three parking spaces on the property.

About a kilometer from the property there is a large supermarket, in the town center, about 500 meters away, you will find a small grocery store. A farm about three kilometers away offers local specialties. In 10 kilometers you can reach the coast with Ria (a fjord-like sea bay) and its oyster and mussel culture and in 18 kilometers the famous and historically interesting town of Rovinj. There are sandy beaches in Vestar near Rovinj. The beaches of Kanfanar and the Limski Canal are made of gravel. The surrounding area is ideal for trips to picturesque historical places such as Motovun, Grožnjan and Hum, which are within a radius of 40 kilometers. Pula Airport can be reached in 35 kilometers.
