The cottage offers: - On the ground floor: a living room with a dining/lounge/kitchen combination, a laundry room, and a separate toilet. - On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed and 4 single beds), a bathroom (shower and bathtub), and a separate toilet. Outside: a private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and an electric grill. Shared: the garden (unfenced) and parking (at the rear of the cottage). The cottage adjoins cottage 56G16417 and 56G16417, and is located next to the owners' house. Welcome to the Gulf of Morbihan classified as one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Ideally located, you will be between Vannes (City of Art and History) and Auray (charming little town). Here, you are 5 minutes from the expressway to explore and discover the treasures of southern Morbihan: Carnac, Erdeven, Quiberon... 10 minutes away, the Gulf of Morbihan opens its doors to you: intimate coves, small beaches, points, islands... These panoramas, worthy of a postcard, can be discovered on foot along the coastal path or by boat (pier in Vannes or Baden). Ideally located in South Morbihan, well-equipped all-inclusive vacation rental
