Blue Dolphin, formerly "The Boat House" on Great Cruz bay road is a newly rebuilt 5 bedroom home. The house has been remodeled and rebuilt and is a charming mix of the old stonework associated with the Caribbean and modern design with glass railings and a new pool. The first thing you notice when arriving to the house is the lush landscaping and outdoor gazebo in the garden. Whether you are a nature lover or just escaping to do some reading you'll love this outdoor seating area.

You enter the house into the living room and notice the open floor plan into the dining and kitchen area with extra seating areas.

4 bedrooms are on the main level and all can be accessed under one roof. The bedrooms are spacious have queen beds and are elegantly furnished.

A brand new master bedroom makes up the 5th bedroom. This room can be accessed privately off of the driveway or walking across the outdoor deck area. My favorite part of Blue Dolphin is the large deck on the west side of the house that has glass railing to maximize the views. It has 2 large covered areas for lounging or eating at the outside dining area. The new gas grill is ready for you! It has a very large open area for sunbathing and watching the sunset next to the pool as well.

The indoor dining area is right off the kitchen and the two family room areas. The indoor and outdoor areas mesh well together and whether you are inside in the air conditioning or outside on the deck, you will still feel very together.

The kitchen has been updated to include a beautiful Wolf stove where you may not only cook your favorite meals but also grill your favorite steaks or seafood. A gorgeous island has been included with granite counter top and seating. Also , included in the kitchen is a large ice maker next to the sink along with a pantry area that houses spices, coffee, an expresso machine and blender.

Next, underneath the new master bedroom is a brand new exercise room that includes an elliptical, treadmill ,bike, weight station and pool table.
