This attractive two-bedroom, two bath home is located in Shelter Cove Harbour and overlooks the private community pool. It is just steps away from the marina amenities and community pool. Perfectly designed for family gatherings with sunken living room, dining table seating four, high top counter seating and large kitchen. This space opens onto a large balcony, perfect for enjoying an evening beverage after a day of beach or golf. The villa is located on the first level and offers one king, two twin beds and one sofa bed.  This location is known for its natural beauty and extensive wildlife. ⚓️ Community Information:

Shelter Cove has evolved over the years into the island’s hub. Located mid island, this
Mediterranean- styled marina (repeat winner this year for best marina on the island) has
it all: watersports, dining, shopping, entertainment and extraordinary views. No matter
the time of day or night, the wrap-around boardwalk is filled with dog walkers, families
enjoying the sights or couples sharing quiet moments on the benches located along the
walkway.
Spring and summer are when Shelter Cove really comes to life. Nightly entertainment
at the gazebo, festivals and events of every kind, including the fabulous Memorial Day
Arts Festival. Most memorable is the always popular 30 th year, Tuesday night firework
extravaganza, Harbourfest, featuring vendors, music and kids’ activities, culminating in
a great firework display at dusk. (We have heard a rumor of something special planned
for the 250 th anniversary of the USA this year!) Enjoy kayaking, rent a boat for a quick
cruise down the waterway, go cruise and watch some dolphins or just enjoy the beauty
of the “back side of the island.”

Great beach getaway close to the marina!

My family and I stay at Shelter Cove several times a year and absolutely love it. This unit was steps away from the pool/hot tub and the marina where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The unit was clean and spacious and had what we needed for the week! We loved that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog who loves the beach! The only issue we had was the person living in the unit above was very loud during the night.

Lovely condo near Shelter Cove Harbour

This condo is well decorated and although a few repairs are needed, the property manager was very responsive. My only suggestion would be to add scissors to the accessory drawer😉.

Enjoyable Stay

Our unit was well decorated, clean and very comfortable. Nice furniture and decorating. The keypad made entrance very easy. I was disappointed in the dishes available in the kitchen. Very cheap and flimsy plates. Could not believe there was only one wine glass! Two corkscrews, but only one wine glass!! Perhaps the rental agency needs to inventory occasionally to be sure dishes have not been broken or lost.

Great location; nicely appointed villa

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this villa. Check in was very easy; we were able to go right to the villa and did not have to go to the rental agency. The villa was very clean and spacious with a nice deck overlooking the lagoon and pool. We were even able to watch the fireworks from Shelter Cover from the balcony - just a teeny bit obscured by the trees. It had everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. We walked to Shelter Cove several days, which took about 15 minutes each way. We enjoyed the parking pass for the beach as well. The villa was also close to shopping which was very convenient, too. We did find the wifi to be a little weak and would suggest upgrading it. The only negative was that the upstairs neighbors were very noisy.
