Sleeps 4-5 - Cozy, comfortable, updated, quiet, 2 bedroom 2 bath , 2nd floor Condo.
Close to the beach, tennis and pickle ball courts , golf, restaurants , and Sanctuary Hotel and Spa !
. Guests enjoy 1 king bd, 1 queen, twin daybed, trundle , a sunny screened in porch for evening sunsets , ( Wifi) and smart tv.
Our Tennis Club Villa is well appointed and includes a fully equipped kitchen ( dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc) . Mr Coffee maker and Keurig , initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, heat,air. , starter supply of paper products ) detergents, 24-hour security in a gated Community, 2 Parking spaces per Reservation . Our condo does NOT have pool access
For your safety , a security camera is located outside the front door .

We are from the beautiful mountains in Asheville NC We love Kiawah island as our second home. We have been visiting here since 1981 We purchased our condo in 2001 and so happy to share it with others so you can experience the beauty of this island as well - The Browns
