This newly constructed house is located on charming Catalina Island and is nestled atop the Hamilton Cove community with its common area including a pool, spa, fitness room, tennis court, miniature golf course, and a private beach area. Casa Tortuga is so big you can see it from the boat as you arrive into the harbor.

Designed specifically for your perfect vacation rental or retreat, this home offers panoramic ocean views from every room that are absolutely breathtaking. Here, you can relax with the surrounding natural beauty of the ocean and mountains. The four large bedrooms all have ocean views, along with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Whether you want some alone time, entertain family and friends, or a retreat for a small get together this home offers the best of all worlds for you to enjoy! Please enjoy the stunning scenery while using the charcoal BBQ.

Please note that there is construction next door from Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

Beautiful But CONSTRUCTION

When we booked, there was no mention of construction happening right next door. We woke to loud powertools on Friday and Saturday mornings. No offer to reduce or adjust anything. For the price, I would have booked elsewhere had I known. The property otherwise was beautiful. A gesture of price reduction or even an ackowledgement of innacurate posting would have made a big difference.

Beautiful views & spacious condo

Nice location in a gated community and beautiful views of the Pacific. Condo is quite spacious and comfortable for 4 couples.

Wouldn't stay here again

For being a brand new house here were paint chips, the faces of cupboards were missing and the new fireplace never worked. The property manager was only available 8-5pm so hopefully nothing breaks on your or you have questions, like us. there is construction occurring RIGHT NEXT DOOR! They started before 7am. They share the entrance walk way with you so they're walking down the same steps as you. Because they house is on the steepest hill the golf cart can't carry more than 3 adults all the way up the hill w/o other passengers needed to get off! If you cannot comfortable walk up a 60 degree hill, don't rent this home. It's steep.
