We had a great two night stay at this adorable cottage. The host was very helpful and met us on arrival (even drove for 10 min to find us because the path did not show on Maps).

Lovely Break in Honfleur

Very nice property located just a short walk to the centre of the town. Very friendly and helpful owner. There is easy access to various shops, supermarkets and routes to explore other parts of Normandy. Honfleur is beautiful. There are many lovely restaurants where you can enjoy the views in a picturesque setting. Overall - a great place to visit.

Fantastic new property

The owner meet us on arrival, we were their first guests, very clean and modern, with a 10 minute walk in to the centre of Honfleur, having parking was so handy too.

Space is very new and is fairly comfortable. Easy parking, which is a plus in Honfleur. It is a 15 minute walk to town though, or drive and pay for parking. Location is quite hard to find and directions weren’t really provided (only an address that doesn’t really work with map programs),

La Cidrerie, Honfleur

Nice quiet location just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful town of Honfleur. Francine was there to greet us all & though my French, much to my shame, is very, very basic we managed to settle in easily enough. The gift of marmelade & a bottle of local cider & was a lovely touch.I would certainly return.

Great property, misleading listing

The property is immaculately presented, with thoughtful essentials provided. It has excellent parking and is located in a very peaceful residential location. I didn’t rate as 5 stars because the listing on Vrbo is somewhat misleading in my opinion. The property is located about 1km from the old harbour (not the 2 minutes specified on the listing) and I was surprised by a €60 cleaning fee, which had to be paid in cash, for a 2 night stay. I wasn’t aware of this additional charge at the time of booking. These are relatively small niggles for what is otherwise a great property.

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Honfleur verbracht und waren absolut überzeugt. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, und das lag nicht nur an der prima Lage des Hauses sondern auch an den sehr netten Vermietern und der gesamten schönen Umgebung.Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen – nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von ca. 15 Minuten vom malerischen Hafen entfernt, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Gegend. Wir konnten Honfleur bequem zu Fuß erkunden.Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und die Räume sind nett und funktional eingerichtet.Ebenfalls gibt es eine Terrasse, die einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung bietet sowie einen kleinen Garten, sodass man auch draußen gemütlich den Tag beginnen und beenden kann.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut. Sie waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatten tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung.Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen, wenn wir die Normandie erneut besuchen.

Séjour de détente et repos. Endroit calme et paisible. Proche du centre (15mn à pied). Établissement conforme à la description et il ne manquait rien. Hôte super sympa, je recommande. Séjour malheureusement trop court,mais je recommande.
