Our spacious family home has been completely renovated to share with STL visitors looking for a unique place to stay. With 100-year-old brickwork throughout and old growth timber finding new life in the masterfully crafted staircase, countertops, and shelving, you might just want to move right in. You'll have full access to the entire property which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to all the fun St. Louis has to offer.

Quiet and beautiful retreat close to University life

We went to St. Louis for the 2022 WashU graduation. Had family in tow and this house was perfect for the 6 of us. We had plenty of space to hang out together in the kitchen / family room, plus enough space to be alone when needed. Close to the highway which made the back and forth to the University easy. The neighborhood was quiet and we appreciated the two car spaces in the alley behind the property. Tower Grove park is very close and we discovered an adorable wine and cheese shop (Wild Olive) just a half mile down the road too. The property was just as described. Really lovely remodel. Exactly as depicted in the photos. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen had all that we needed. The owners were very responsive to questions, which was great.

Spring Break getaway

The house was clean and centrally located. Nothing was more than a short drive away for our family vacation. Beds were really comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. It was perfect for us!

Don’t think twice

This place was simply amazing! I know for me, when traveling, finding the right place can be a little anxiety provoking. Worrying about safety, location, transportation, etc. Well, let me tell you…this property will check all the boxes and not disappoint. Just book it!

Perfect for Entertaining

Common area was perfectly designed for conversion over snacks or a meal. Kitchen had everything we needed. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious. Beds top quality. We had a great weekend!
