Dirty and inconvenient

I think that this property would be mostly ok except for the "front of the house" staff. The website mentions that there is valet parking for a fee. When I arrived, there was a sign posted that said "no SUVs." I was a little panicked, but the valet said he would take it. As he did so, he motioned for me to open my purse and give him a tip for it. I don't know, I've never been asked for a tip upon leaving my car, but maybe I have that wrong? He was disappointed that I only had $5. Later, I had to suggest that the valet staff remove the dirty underwear that was lying in front of the hotel. Just not a good look...
