Thanks for confirming the house to be nice, that's our standard for hosting in providing a nice and neat home for our guest, also we believed in fairness to our guest, and we shows this in our billing, guest are not to be billed for the service they did not wanted, that's why we reduced our billing for rentals so that guest will only pay for the additional service such as laundry, hot tub if they wanted the service, we explained this in the listing but it's unfortunate for you in not noticing that. but glad you enjoyed your stay.

Our guest comforts is important to us, this is the reason why some host do not allow third party booking, your guest left trash all over the house, including smoking ashes and left over, also left used plates in the kitchen , the antler horn is a decorative piece at the yard very closed to the fire pit, your guest used the fire pit for smoking, I did not complain about this and I constantly send you messages to let me know if you have any concerns but you never complained about this, we do encourage our guest to leave e truthful review… moreover you have more than 4 guest in the house and I did not complain about this.

Having damages my furniture, with not asking you for repairs and also smoking weeds and my neighbor complained about, you descended so low in writing false reviews about the property, future host should beware!!!!

Your feedback are noted, we always looks for ways to improve our services to our guest, glad you can watch Netflix which confirms our internet service is good. If you had let us know, we would have come to assist you with the tv channel. We sent Lockbox to our guest before 3pm check in time on check in date to avoid guest arriving earlier than checking in time.

Thanks for your feedback, we do encourage our guest to read through details of the listing, and also our goals is to make the rentals affordable for every of our guest, some guest might not want to use hot tub and we do not want them pay for the service they do not intend to use, only guest that request for hot tub are requested to make payment and this is noted on the listing as well as the pictures in the listing, when we realized you have concerns with this, we gave you option to cancel your reservation with refund for unuse night but you chose to stay, left house in trash, and even went away with 5 of our hotel brand new towel and you failed making payment for this. we do appreciate positive critique, but not your false statement about the listing. Great guest enjoyed our service and we are glad hosting them back but not with your act.
