With a surface area of 60 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers and a baby, it comprises a pretty 22 m² living room with a fitted kitchen on the ground floor and three good bedrooms, one of which is on a mezzanine accessible from the second bedroom, and a shower room (with shower and WC). Wifi, games for children. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- a 22 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, small fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, raclette and fondue set, Tassimo pod coffee maker...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two bunk beds, with a staircase leading to a third bedroom on a mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 3: on the mezzanine level of the third bedroom, accessible via a Japanese staircase, with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Additional private facilities: a selection of board games, books and DVDs, fans, ironing board and iron, sun loungers, parasol, large fridge and small freezer.
Additional equipment, to be shared with the tenants of the adjoining property: tumble dryer, barbecue, gas hob and outdoor games. The car park and barbecue are arranged around a shared courtyard.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing private terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather, accessible from the shared courtyard.
- A secure ski and bike room, shared with the tenants of the adjoining property

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the old village of Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be near all the essential stores but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...

- Les angles ski resort: first ski lifts 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. Heated ski lockers at the foot of the slopes, bookable on the Angles website.
- Skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning, swimming, sailing, paddle, pedal boat, horseback riding, balneo, skateboarding, accrobranche, fishing, animal park, bowling, rock climbing, mini-golf, sensational sledding, cinema, treasure hunts, and animations.

- You will be able to park directly in the private parking of the accommodation (1 place)

Other remarks :
- Household linen (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, tea towels and hand towels) is not included. They can be provided on request, for a supplement of €15/person (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). - Optional extra: beds made up on arrival (€10/bed).

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge can be paid to our on-site service provider). Price: €40 for stays of less than 7 nights and €60 for stays of 7 nights or more.
