Lots of space and greenery for this old comfortable renovated barn where you will find peace and quiet just a few kilometers from the ocean. Gîte adjoining another, composed of a living room with kitchen area and lounge, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds), washing machine in shared laundry room with another gîte (iron and board). shared ironing board), dishwasher, microwave, flat screen TV, TNT, electric heating, private garden at the gîte, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace. Swing. Private garden at the gîte on common land of 18 ha. Unfenced land. Nearest thermal spas: St Paul Lès Dax (13 km) and Dax. Beyond an animal consult us. Sale of pizzas 3km away.
