Ideally located 30 km from the beautiful Landes beaches, one hour from the Basque Country and the Pyrenees, treat yourself to a good relaxing, varied and exotic holiday in a small hamlet on the edge of the forest, 1.5 km north of the village of Gourbera. Located on the Tours route of the Way of Saint Jacques de Compostelle, you will have the opportunity to take beautiful walks in the Landes pine forest, on marked paths. A nice getaway to experience with family or friends, for a weekend, a week or your spa treatment. La Caminade, a pretty functional cottage adjoining the owner's unoccupied garage, offers a living room with equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), a bathroom, separate toilet. Enclosed garden (80m²) and private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large open ground. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave, wifi internet, reversible air conditioning in the living room and hallway. Household linen provided (tea towels, tablecloths) For more than one animal, please contact us. A pretty functional cottage with modern decor at the gates of Dax and the Landes beaches
