Housed in the former stables of the Château de Biaudos, this cottage is a true gem. The wooded and flowered grounds, in the heart of the historic walls, offer an exceptional setting. The beautiful private heated swimming pool (10m x 4.50m) awaits you for a moment of relaxation and well-being with its bubbling jets. The wood and old stone of this historic 18th-century building, combined with contemporary and high-quality furniture and equipment, as well as the unique layout of the premises, reveal a cozy, chic country house atmosphere with incredible charm. Its location in the southern Landes region and at the gateway to the Basque Country, with the beaches just 18km away and the lake and golf course of Hossegor 30 minutes away, is also ideal for exploring the coast, villages, hillsides, and nearby Spain. An unforgettable stay awaits... Arranged on two levels, this cottage features a large living room on the ground floor with a lounge (TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth dock), a dining area on the central island of the open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, microwave), an alcove extending from the living room with a 160x200 bed (a curtain separates this sleeping area for your privacy), a bathroom (with bathtub and walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, an open attic bedroom offers two 80cm beds that can be converted into a 160cm bed. To highlight the original framework, a beam has been preserved: an adult must bend down to access the beds. Bed linens, towels, household linens, as well as water, electricity, and heating charges are included. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) can be provided. The exterior features a covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a plancha grill, and a large, unfenced garden of approximately 2,000 m² entirely dedicated to the cottage, with neighboring outbuildings occupied.
