About this property

Quiet and idyllic half-timbered holiday home in the middle of nature

Our small 'Casa Verde' is approximately 50 m² in size and has been prepared in an ecological manner. The area is in a former 'breeding' and enjoys an open division, so that the house is suitable for 2 people. The living room is kept open to the kitchen with dining area and is only optically separated by the visible half-timbering. The sofa bed offers additional sleeping space in one hand. The kitchen area is equipped with an ivory-colored fitted kitchen with fridge, sink and 2 hobs, so that you can take care of yourself. The heating can be done via the night storage stoves or via the kitchen witch with wood. The bedroom is right next to the kitchen area. This has a large double bed in a rustic style. The room is closed, but there is an open half-timbered window to the living room.

The bathroom completes the deliberately chosen style of what we believe to be a successful harmony between country house style and modernity. The terracotta-colored floor tiles are broken through with subtle accents with a pebble look. The bathroom is equipped with a low bathtub, a large vanity, toilet and bidet and has natural light.

On the floors there are carefully processed real wooden planks made of oak, the walls are provided with ecological wall plaster and painted white, the double-glazed wooden windows, which meet the latest standards, have rungs. The front door in Sylt style opens to a beautiful sun terrace of approx. 12 m², which is laid out in steps.

There you can enjoy the sun all day, it can also be used for barbecuing, as a grill can be provided on request.

The pretty 'Casa Verde' is located on a small farm at the end of a cul-de-sac in a private street and guarantees wonderful peace and a great natural setting. Our friendly roommates are loving sheep (with lambs in spring), cats and chickens.

The renovation was carried out by us in 2013/2014, so everything is new. You can easily find supermarkets in Krankhagen (combi supermarket) and Bösingfeld (REWE, Penny etc.). WLAN is available for free.

Erholsame Tage in der Natur

Wer ruhige Tage in der Natur sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Die bäuerlich eingerichtete Wohnung im Fachwerkstil hält all ihre Versprechungen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mit ihren Fachwerkstädten ist dringend ein Auto erforderlich. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen.

Unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar entspannen und dabei die Schafe beobachten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Von den sympathischen Gastgeberinnen fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgenommen. Ein kleines Paradies!

Mooi plekje, zeker ook terras en tuin met veel zorg ingericht.

Mede dankzij het mooie weer een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. Veel vogelgeluiden gehoord en er waren schapen in de wei voor het terras. Jammer dat er slecht internetbereik was. We kunnen tegenwoordig slecht zonder.

Ruhiger Jahreswechsel

Wir haben es uns mit unserem Hund sehr gemütlich machen können. Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung (Hameln, Rinteln, Bodenwerder und Externsteine) waren von hier aus sehr gut möglich. Das Haus bietet viel Komfort. Es stehen sehr viele Unterlagen und Hinweise für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Wanderungen zur Verfügung.

Idyllisches Weserbergland

Der Aufenthalt hier fand in einer wunderschönen Atmosphäre statt, sowohl was die Wohnung selbst betraf als auch das zauberhafte Drumherum. Die "Seelenschafe" leisteten uns oft Gesellschaft auf der ganz privaten Terrasse, die man zu unserer großen Freude nutzen konnte. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden uns bei Bedarf jederzeit wieder hier einfinden wollen :)
