Suzi's Place.

Suzi's Place is an open concept 2 bedroom, 1 bath house located in private country setting. We bought this house thinking we would do some minor renovations but it turned into a total remodel. It's been a lot of hard work, we have updated it to a modern farmhouse style. We hope you love it as much as we do. Relax on the front porch, under the covered patio or by the fire pit after a long fun filled day on the lake. Large back yard for outdoor activities and boat parking. We are 3.5 miles from Nancy where you can enjoy several local eateries, Battlefield Coffee and Haney's Appledale Farm. Easy access to local Marina and boat ramps. Lee's Ford Marina approx. 7.5 miles, Pulaski Park approx. 6.5 miles, Fishing Creek Rec. Area approx.12 miles.

Cute getaway in the country near Lees Ford

Great place to stay for a small group (accommodates up to 4). Everything new, including a washer and dryer combo that had not been added to the amenities yet as it was added the week we arrived. Very well stocked, great communication with owner, and was about 12-15 minutes from Lees Ford, where we kept our boat. Setting was beautiful and secluded. Home and exterior super clean. It is one we would definitely stay at again. If you have a boat/trailer the road down is a bit steep (see previous review from other vrboer) but we encountered NO traffic and my husband had no problems navigating. Only thing I would recommend is better pressure in the shower. It is a beautiful place to stay to enjoy Lake Cumberland!! Great job on this one!!!

Last minute gem

Our Memorial Day lodging plans fell through and some how we lucked out and found this cute little place 3 days before we left to spend a weekend at the lake. It was perfect, everything is brand new and very clean. It’s very well stocked with anything you might need for cooking etc. The house is within an hour of multiple marinas. The only caution is a steep down hill driveway with a pretty hard turn. It got a bit dicey in the rain with a 38 foot trailer and 32 foot boat. But there was plenty of room to park the boat once we made down the hill. LuAnna was very responsive and answered any questions I had within a few minutes. I would definitely come back again!

Labor Day Weekend Stay

My fiancé, my in-laws, and myself stayed here on Labor Day weekend. The property itself is so beautiful and well taken care of! We were blown away with the location of the property and how beautifully decorated the house was. We’re already planning our trip for next year!

Wonderful Lake Experience

This home was spectacular! We were amazed as soon as we walked in the door. It was beautifully decorated, spotless and was stocked with everything anyone could ask for. The patio was amazing with the ceiling lights and gas grill. We sat out there each night. Suzi was the sweetest extra ever! We will definitely be back!

A must rental near the lake

House was just an easy 8-10 minute drive to Lake. Beautifully decorated, nice house for a party of 2 couples. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Secluded location for outdoor activities. Will definitely rent again.

Beyond our expectations

We had such a great time! The interior is nicely decorated and everything we used worked flawlessly. We got to utilize the grill, patio, and yard. Within the first 10 minutes my girlfriend was ready to stay forever. It’s a great property and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Why they chose this property

This property is at the end of our driveway we bought it to maintain privacy. We decided to remodel and rent it on VRBO to supplement retirement when we retire. It has been a long few months working every day on the remodel. We hope you love the farmhouse style decor as much as we do.
