Rental of our main residence<br>Located in a quiet environment outside the subdivision. Garden of 700 m2 not overlooked. <br>From the house you can walk to the beach of Porspaul (500m) and 500m to the village of Lampaul (tobacconistPMU, restaurant, bakery, mini-market)<br>The house is composed on the ground floor of a fitted kitchen opening onto a living / dining room of 50 m2 opening onto the terrace of 20 m2. Large dining table. Separate toilet plus bathroom n°1 <br>Floor in two independent parts: <br>access to floor A from the living room: two bedrooms (n°1 and 2 in the description)<br>Access to floor B via the kitchen: two bedrooms (n°3 and 4) plus bathroom 2.<br>Very functional house with children and easy to organise for two families: 8 beds (4 double beds 1x180 2x140 1x160) possibility of travel cot <br>Nautical club (800m), surf school (12km), citysport field (800m) and skatepark nearby <br>25 minutes from Brest from Le Conquet departure to the islands of Molène and Ushant from Lanildut or Le Conquet.

Great location in a great area

Fully equipped and pleasant to be. Alas, we haven't met the owner, and the town itself isn't very interesting, but the rest just was great. We always wanted our children to see Finistere, but it's a long ride coming from our town. Now they have had a taste and it was good. Thanks for all the experiences and the great accomodation.

Très sympa et bien situé

Maison très agréable et vaste, à 10mn à pied de la plage. Proche de Lanildut où Le Conquet ce qui permet d’aller facilement à Ouessant.

Bon emplacement

Maison confortable à 10 mn a pied des plages où 3 en vélo. Un joli jardin, de l’espace, du grand calme, parfait pour un séjour en famille.
