Tasteful decorations featuring modern touches and relaxation at it's finest. Sit outside on the patio and experience a beautiful Okoboji sunset! 🌅 Grill out and bring the whole family! There is outdoor lounge seating and an 8 person dining table so everybody can enjoy the view!

Boji blue

The condo was beautiful and the lake views awesome. Our kids loved the fishing, boating, water park and so much more. Joe kept in communication and was very attentive. We will never forget the sunsets. We hope to visit again.

Very nice!

The kitchen and bedrooms were very stocked with sheets, towels, comfortable blankets! There was nothing that we needed in the kitchen that it didn’t have! Beautiful view!

Stay here for the view. Its worth it.

Fantastic Condo in a Fantastic Location. The view of the lake is exceptional. Not obstructed in any way. Ground floor is probably 3 stories above the lake level and then you are up another three stories beyond that. It is beautiful whenever you look out. It is a true 4 bedroom. You are not looking at pullout couches to get to the advertised number of beds. The description on the site was not embellished in anyway. It is absolutely as advertised. Check in and departure was easy, easy, easy. Joe is not only the property manager, he is the owner. I also get the feeling this is a condo for his personal use as well. He did a great job. Very easy to communicate with him before, during, and after our stay. He was very receptive to our needs. The resort itself is very nice. At least 3 swimming pools that I saw. One caters to littles kids but it certainly not considered a baby pool. There are two restaurants on the property. Both were very good. If you want to stay in and cook. The kitchen is very complete. Just bring food. If you are a boater there is a public ramp about 1/4 mile away. We found that Parks Marina, 10 minutes away, was very receptive to our needs. They charge a fee to launch and recover but they also have overnight docking in a protected area. Nice people. The water park passes that come with the place are a great value. That being said, I would not hesitate to book this place again when the water park is closed in the off season. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our group was 4 adults (2 couples) and 4 kids. More than enough space to accommodate us. There are 4 big screen televisions that I noticed. There is a game cabinet which is well stocked. There is a gas grill, a covered deck, an outside dining area, and more. You will not be disappointed in any way.
