This 1,963 sq ft modern condo was finished in 2022 with entirely brand-new furnishings. It is in the Bridges Bay Resort, Stillwater Complex #311. The Bridges has 4 outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, 6 passes included to the indoor/outdoor waterpark, zipline, outdoor children's play station, workout center, basketball & sand volleyball courts, and stocked fishing pond.

The condo was fantastic! The space and view was great. We had 6 adults and 4 kids 5 and under. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The water park was okay, areas closed due to maintenance. Went to a terrace City Beach and that was awesome. Kirk was good at communication.

Great location for family vacation

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. The condo was large enough for three families, and the location was perfect for all of the lake activities! The property was clean, and the amenities were nice. Enjoyed the onsite restaurants and close proximity to many activities!

Direct Lakeside View, We were in Stillwater 5 girlfriends, 5 bedrooms, 5 king sized beds. Beautiful View, Spacious, well furnished Host Kirk was great about responding to any questions we had before we arrived. Our contact person Sabrina once we were there always responded to my texts. Highly recommend this place as a great vacation stay!

Beautiful lakeside condo

The condo is beautiful, clean, and well equipped with what you need! It has gorgeous lake views from inside as well as outside on the lovely patio deck! We had a great time here! Location was perfect for us as this area of the lake felt a little more quiet but it’s close to everything as well (restaurants/arnolds park/etc). The owner was quick to answer any questions I had, check in was a breeze too! Awesome condo, would stay here again!

Great location and a beautiful view. Beds were good (They are tall beds and the older adults had difficulty getting in and out) The place is new and clean and if you want privacy space and quiet bedrooms this is a good place. 👍

Perfect Location

My husband and his family/cousins have made this a annual trip based around the Clay County Fair. They had a fabulous time. The condo was perfect!!! Have already rented it for family vacation at lake next summer!!!

Spacious condo with a fabulous view!!!

Loved the covered deck with view of lake …. So many boats to watch coming and going. Very spacious and clean. Very quiet … didn’t hear guests on either side of us or above or beneath us. I would suggest games and playing cards for the guests and some comfortable seating on deck rather than high top table. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property!

This was such a fantastic place for our group. We had 7 adults - cousins, brothers and spouses. Everyone had incredibly comfortable beds. 4 of the bedrooms have no windows, so everyone slept really well. The condo is very new, so everything felt clean and comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was wonderful - we spent a lot of time sitting at the fire table in the comfy chairs overlooking E. Okoboji Lake. The waterpark and restaurants were a bit of a walk away, and the staff at those places were hit or miss on whether they cared about their jobs. Food took awhile, check-in for wristbands at waterpark took awhile, pool towels took awhile, etc...but the swim up bar was awesome and food tasted delicious. On the VRBO listing, it said that check-out was 11, but the paper/instructions inside the unit said 10am. Just a heads up...Also one of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom, which left the other 4 bedrooms to share one bathroom. Not the worst, but not the best for a group of adults. We had no issues, but the owner was very responsive to our questions and communications. All in all, it was such a gorgeous unit that we can't wait to come back!

The accommodations of the condo were wonderful! Great to have all king beds…beautiful views of the lake. Not a great experience with the resort: out of towels each day at water park, low staffing, cleanliness was poor, terrible experience at zip line. Andrews Park has lots to do and we never ran out of options!

Perfect

Perfect condo for anniversary party with 5 couples. Everyone got a king bed/room. Four bedrooms were down one hallway and the master was separated. Deck was big with large fire table. No issues with elevator, parking, or check in. So close to shopping, lake, pools, restaurants. Best vrbo I’ve ever rented!
