Wir haben einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub Anfang September in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht.Vor allem waren wir von der Lage mit dem Blick auf die Berglandschaft des Mont Vinaigre, der perfekten Westausrichtung des Hauses und des Pools, und den kurzen Wegen zwischen allen Räumlichkeiten und dem schönen und großen Pool angetan.Darüber hinaus lassen die Ausstattung des Hauses (u.a. auch TT-Platte und Zugang zu einem Tennisplatz im Wohnpark) und die angenehme schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wie eingangs bereis beschrieben, ein außergewöhnlich schöner Urlaub.

Très belle maison très agréable Détails qui gâchent le séjour Menage fait partiellement , draps de mauvaises qualités, 2 badges d entrée pour 4 véhicules, pas d aspirateur et 1 seul balaie, barbecue sale Pas de réponse à nos demandesetc etc .....Tellement dommage

Merci pour votre retour. Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter quelques précisions : -Barbecue : il avait été soigneusement nettoyé avant votre arrivée (le barbecue n’est pas neuf, il a 3 ans.) Malheureusement à votre départ, il a été laissé dans un état très sale, ce qui ne correspond pas à nos consignes indiquées sur abritel et livret d’accueil. -Draps : il s’agit de linge de maison standard, acheté en magasin. -Aspirateur : nous ne pouvions pas prévoir que l’aspirateur allait casser, il marchait avant votre arrivée -Clés, portail : la maison est conçue pour accueillir 10 personnes, généralement 2 familles avec un véhicule chacune. Nous ne fournissons pas plus de bip et clé. -Parquet : il a été constaté des taches d’eau sur le parquet de 2 chambres, il est mentionné dans le livret d accueil de ne pas marcher pieds mouillée et laisser du linge mouillée sur le parquet.
