This house is a lightly renovated duplex, located near the downtown area. Kitchen is functional if minimally appointed. Appliances are all new and there's a washer and drier in the basement. Heating system worked well and TV was great with all subscriptions. The house is walking distance to the convention center, the VIA rail station and the Bud Center. It's also near the YMCA refuge. London has a problem with drug addicts and they roam widely on both sides of the tracks, though not on residential streets. Downtown has many good restaurant options. This house is a good option if one needs a longer stay near downtown (it's also close to the Children's hospital). The town was starting some major renovations on Wellington on March 13th. Something to keep eye on.

House downtown London perfect for family of 4-6

Appreciated having a house and lots of space to visit with family for Thanksgiving weekend. Convenient location, comfortable beds, sitting area and large kitchen space. Backyard looked nice too, we didn’t have a chance to use it. Cooking had some unexpected challenges as oven element did not work properly. Found only one tablet for dishwasher. If oven is repaired, would definitely stay again.
