"This modern home is in a secure quiet neighborhood in Nahoon. Less than 10minutes walk to the river and beach, 5 min from pub/restaurant, fishing & surfing. Watch the sun or moon rise from the deck. Fire place in the lounge, fireplace with seating on patio. Secure parking and Pool, . Safe for kids to run around freely. Come and chill at our cool spot. We have lived in the area for 20+ yrs, will gladly advise on interesting places to visit." Regretfully, no pets are allowed
