Luxury 4 BR w/ Pool, Arcade, Views at PGA West!

Beautiful 4 bedroom vacation home on the 8th hole of the PGA West Nicklaus Private Course. Amazing South and West mountain views. Enjoy the afternoon sun from the pool or hot tub or enjoy the evening under the stars. 3 car parking (one in the garage, two in driveway), a fully stocked kitchen and a grill with an amazing view. Desk setup to work remote with a great view! We have made this our vacation home so everything you want should be here (and a few things you didn't know you wanted).

House comes with 4 bedrooms, all en suite (one is a casita) and a spare bathroom in the hall. Smart TVs in all bedrooms as well as one in the living room and one in the fully stocked game room (complete with 1162 game arcade machine, game table and a nice selection of games, puzzles and books). Living room is comfy and relaxing, and you can swivel the chairs from watching the tv to watching the sunset. Everything you need to relax and get away from it. And the casita is a great place for a couple who wants their own space away from everyone else.

Stunning La Quinta Mountain View

The setting on Medinah is fantastic. The pool and spa have a beautiful full panorama view of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the 8th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Private golf course. The dining area and family room also have a full view. The Casita is a perfect separate "get away" unit. This was a great place to get out of the northern winter for a couple of months.

Beautiful Sunsets

Thank you Brad for sharing your comfortable home with us! The kitchen is nice and large and fully stocked with lots of small appliances The home is situated in a central location of PGA West with beautiful sunsets. Brad is readily available to answer any questions throughout your stay. Our daughter loved her privacy in the casita! Thank you again to Brad for allowing us to enjoy a beautiful 30 days in his home!

This property has it all. Location views bedrooms for all We had a fabulous 2 month stay in this well equipped home. The owners have taken the time to give detailed information about the house and location which makes it very easy when arriving. They are super responsive if you need to get in touch with any questions or concerns

PGA WEST GETAWAY

This house is in a very quiet neighborhood, with pretty views of the mountains to the West, making for AMAZING sunsets. It gets lots of sun which is great when it’s a bit cooler. Our stay was during the height of heat in June, and it was too hot to be outdoors during the day and early evening. The pool is lovely, but does stay very warm during the Summer so we look forward to returning in cooler months. Lots of great space for entertaining, this is a great rental for families, with bedrooms and a casita to accommodate everyone, including smart tvs in all locations. The kitchen is huge and fun to cook in, they have every appliance you can imagine. The grill and the interior ovens are top notch! Brad, the owner/host is incredibly responsive, and very kind. We will definitely return, you should give it a try!

Why they chose this property

We love the PGA West community and all it has to offer. Quiet and safe with friendly people. The grounds are beautiful and the view from our house is as well - we get to see the mountains to the south and west. Nothing better than grilling outside while the kids are enjoying the pool and the adults are enjoying the hot tub and the sun is going down behind the mountains, with amazing evening stargazing to follow.

What makes this property unique

First thing you'll notice (once you walk out the back door) is the spectacular view - it's easy to spend hours outside in the pool or just relaxing and watching how it changes throughout the day (and night - the stars are amazing).
