Perfect accommodation

We stayed at this apartment for a weekend and we have nothing to say but compliments. Everything is really nice and modern furnished. The terrace is nice sunny but with sun screen and well furnished. There is enough space for relaxing! The apartment belongs to very nice and well informed owners, who doesn't live in the house but always provided requested information, if needed. The best thing is that apartment is situated only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Nice restaurants and bars in vicinity make this apartment a perfect place for family holiday. We will definitely come back.

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage!

Wir waren 10Tage im Apartment. Sehr ordentlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Badezimmer: Großer Spiegel mit Beleuchtung, Dusche mit gutem Strahl, jew. 3 mittlere und große Handtücher Küche: 4 Kochplatten, davon 3 mit Gasflamme, Abzugshaube vorhanden. Kühlschrank mit einem kleinen Gefrierfach vorhanden. Ausstattung war ausreichend: Teller, Becher, große und kleine Gläser sowie Weingläser, Müslischalen, Besteck, Kochlöffel, Schneidebretter, scharfe Messer, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe&Pfannen & 2 mittlere Aluschüssel. Der Tischläufer und die Obstschale wirken zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre bei. Die Ausstattung ist für 2-3 Personen ausreichend. Schlafzimmer: Das Bett war bezogen und hatte eine große gemeinsame Bettdecke (keine dicke Decke). Da ich nachts gefroren hat, hab ich meine Kuscheldecke mitgenommen. War aber völlig ok. Das Bett war gemütlich, in der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig. Auch nachts, da abends kaum Menschen und Autos an dem Haus vorbeikommen. Das Schlafsofa haben wir nicht genutzt. Ein Flachbildschirm mit vielen deutschen Programmen steht gegenüber vom Bett. Ein großer Schrank um Sachen zu verstauen. W-Lan lief super, keine Probleme. Balkon: Der Balkon ist groß mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir haben es genossen hier zu frühstücken oder abends einen Wein zu trinken. Man sieht das Zentrum und auch den beleuchteten Turm. Wir haben uns Kerzen und Lichterketten mitgenommen und haben die Abende genossen. Wäscheständer vorhanden. Parkplatz ist einige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Lage/Umgebung: Das Apartment liegt ca 600m vom Zentrum entfernt. Hier gibt es viele Restaurants und einige Souvenierläden. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant war La Barca, leckere Pizza und gutes Fleisch, nicht teuer. Wir sind aber auch keine Fisch-Esser, hierfür gibt es wohl noch bessere Restaurants. Wir können das VIP-Café für Cocktails empfehlen. Am Marktplatz gibt es jeden Abend verschiedene Stände. Um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Market, einen etwas größeren gibt es weiter die Straße runter (Fußläufig erreichbar). Der Strand ist vom Apartment ca 300m entfernt. Es ist ein Strand mit Felsen und Steinen, aber nicht überlaufen. Schwimmschuhe und ISO-Matten sind zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns 2 Fahrräder (jew. 1Tag/120KN) gemietet und sind an der Küste von Kap Kamenjak gefahren. Schöne Strecke, aber auch anstrengend. Die Wege sind uneben und zum Teil kann man das Rad nur schieben. Aussicht ist Bombe. Safaribar ist zu empfehlen!

Apartment ist okay

Apartment (***) Die Ferienwohnung war groß, sauber und alle nötigen Utensilien waren vorhanden. TV mit deutschen Sendern und Wlan war im Zimmer verfügbar. Soweit also eigentlich alles perfekt. Problem: Hornissen! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und kühlte den ganzen Raum, deshalb öffneten wir nie das Fenster, trotzdem war jeden Tag eine Hornisse in unserer Wohnung. Wir konnten nicht wirklich genau sagen woher sie kamen, aber jeden Morgen ist man mit einer aufgewacht und auch spät nachts war das Problem vorhanden. Normalerweise attackieren Sie nicht ohne Grund, aber trotzdem fühlt man sich unwohl, wenn JEDE Nacht irgendwie eine Hornisse im Zimmer ist (Fenster/Türen waren geschlossen). Die Besitzerin meinte, dass dieses Problem noch nie auftrat und wimmelte uns damit eher ab. Das Problem war zu diesem Zeitpunkt vorhanden, ob es sonst auch so ist, kann ich leider nicht beurteilen. Ort (***) Der nächste Strand ist ungefähr 200-300 Meter entfernt und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Aber er ist nicht der Schönste! Das Wasser ist im Vergleich zu anderen Stränden eher "dreckig", aber dennoch noch klar. Empfehlung: Kap Kamenjak - Richtung Safari Bar. Dort ist der schönste Strand (flache Felsen). Am Besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (ca. 5 €) oder mit Mountainbikes (kostenlos). Die Straßen sind sehr uneben, aber auf alle Fälle ein Besuch wert! Premantura ist eher ein Dorf, es gibt dort wirklich nur das Nötigste (Bäcker, ein Markt, zwei Gemüsestände) und es gibt nicht wirklich viel zu erleben am Abend (ein paar Restaurants und Cafés). Da die Feriewohnung relativ tief liegt, heißt es immer bergauf laufen. Da Pula nur wenige Kilometer entfernt ist, kann man dahin entweder mit dem Auto oder mit dem Bus fahren (2€ einfache Fahrt p.P.), aber auch dort gibt es nur wenige Läden (hauptsächlich gefälschte Sonnenbrillen/Caps) Fazit: Ferienwohnung war somit also völlig in Ordnung, sofern man das "Tier-Problem" nicht beurteilt. Premantura ist eher ein Dorf und deshalb eher ein "ruhiges" Fleckchen ohne großartigen Weggehmöglichkeiten. Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Kap Kamenjak was einfach nur atemberaubend ist. - Result: The Apartment was big and clean, but we had a problem with hornets. Every night/morning a new hornet was in our room. And I think nobody want to sleep with hornets. Premantura is more a village than a city and because of that there were a only few possibilities at the evening (café/restaurant...) Visit: Kap Kamenjak - beautiful beach!

Nice apartment

My girlfriend and I were in this apartment for one week. We had a great time. Apartment has everything that you need, it's very comfortable. Kitchen is equipped. Terrace is really big. Apartment is very close to the beach, and close to the center, restaurants, bars. So every night we went for a walk. The place is beautiful. I recommend this apartment.
