Like all of my units, it has: Kitchen equipped for real cookingStrong wifi signal in every room and in most outdoor spacesSmart TV so you can watch your Netflix, HBO, Disney etc subscriptionBeach gear -- chairs, umbrellasDirections for getting to the beach, where to parkCribThere is a full-size desk with a real office chair in the second bedroom. The AT&T modem is right next to the desk and has an advertised speed 1 Gbps up and down (actual speed is 600-800 Mbps, but that's still amazingly fast).There is plenty of parking, and spots are not assigned. The laundry room is shared by eight units, and the machines are coin operated.I live in Europe so all non-emergency communication needs to go through Airbnb's messaging system. You'll get the key in a lockbox. My property manager lives less than a mile away in case of emergencies.This is a 100% residential neighborhood. The house is a short walk to:

Perfect location, quiet, right next to Publix, and everything is clean! We stayed for a week and couldn’t complain at all about the quality of the stay.

Very clean and great manager

We needed a bathmat because the tub was slippery. The manager went and bought one at Target. He also fixed the TV that was having issues.

Great boat show spot

Within 1 1/2 miles from a boat taxi to get to show. TV was a little hard to watch anything. You have to input your info to get you tube tv to work. It also had a lot of buffering that you had to put up with. Nice touch to give us a bottle of wine.

Cozy/Clean Home in Great Location

This home was as described and photographed. It had the basic items needed for a short stay and a big plus was beach gear and towels! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Check in was easy, easy, easy. Lastly, the location is close to everything you may want to do in the area. Another plus is it is walking distance to a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider rebooking in the future.

Great place!

My friend and I stayed here for four nights on a last minute booking after another property canceled on us. The owner was very responsive (despite living in Europe) and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, the appliances were all new (including an air fryer!), and there was ample parking out front. The beach was only a short drive away and there are multiple restaurants/stores within a couple minute drive. Thanks again for having us! Ryan
