This contemporary villa, built in 2021 with a Zen-inspired design, will charm you with its Balinese-style pool and hot tub.

You’ll find spacious rooms with beautiful windows opening onto the pool house near the pool area.

It features a particularly lovely living room, perfect for meals with family or friends, as well as a unique rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the hills of Saint-Gély.

The villa features 3 beautiful bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bathrooms (bathtub and walk-in shower).

For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned.

The outdoor area features several sun loungers, a space for a gas griddle, and a pool house with a lovely garden seating area surrounded by greenery.

You’ll also find a small relaxation area in the shade of an olive tree.

The villa has a carport for three vehicles located near a charging station.

All amenities are nearby: the village centre is a 5-minute walk away and features numerous shops, small restaurants, and a cinema.

For the more active, you’ll also find many hiking trailheads nearby (the Cévennes, Pic-Saint-Loup, etc.).

The villa is located on the edge of the garrigue, close to the Coulondre Golf Course and a lovely equestrian centre.

Wonderful and beautiful house

We had high expectations after seeing the pictures and the description of the house. The reality was even better than the expectations. The house was so beautiful designed, very clean and with everything you need for a perfect two week vacation. The pool was fantastic too - and the garden/terrace had beautiful view and was a wonderful for relaxation. The little town was in walking distance - close to bakery, fruit/vegetables etc. Very very quiet and safe surroundings. And Guillaume and Melanie were kind and welcoming hosts. We can only highly recommend a stay here.

Calme et sérénité entre mer et garrigue

Le titre de cette annonce n'est absolument pas trompeur mais ce qu'il ne dit pas c'est qu'il y a bien plus avec ce bien ! En plus donc d'être très bien placée, la villa proposée par Guillaume et Mélanie est un bien superbe, d'une conception très pratique, d'une grande qualité de par son équipement et sa fonctionnalité et l'ambiance générale qui s'en dégage. Tout ça sans compter sans la gentillesse, la qualité de l'accueil, l'écoute des hôtes. Franchement, un séjour au TOP grâce à ce superbe endroit et à la qualité de ses hôtes. Merci pour cette opportunité qui nous a permis de regrouper notre famille pour un séjour privilégié.
