The primary suite boasts a luxurious king bed, a designated workspace, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and dual shower heads. Additional sleeping options include a second bedroom with twin beds and a trundle, and a third bedroom with twin-over-full bunk beds and an extra trundle, ensuring comfort for all ages.

Long Term Living:
Looking to rest your head a bit more permanently? If you're a digital nomad, college student, or our newest resident of Nashville looking for a furnished rental for 2+ months, reach out! Our monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $3,500/month. You'll be hard pressed to find a 3-bedroom home this centrally located in East Nashville more affordably. Please take note that there is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check-in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check-in for any reservations over 6 months.
